Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.外方ボール軌道(38)を備えた外方継ぎ手部材(31)、内方ボール軌 道(42)を備えた内方継ぎ手部材(32)、対応する子午線面に位置決めされ た対の外方および内方ボール軌道(38,42)によって案内されるトルク伝達 ボール(33)、および周部に分布された窓(43)内に前記ボール(33)を 収容しかつ共通面内に前記ボールを保持しそして継ぎ手が連接されるとき角度二 分平面上に前記ボールを案内するボールケージ(34)を有し、前記外方および 内方ボール軌道(38,42)の中心線が互いに隣接する少なくとも2つの異な って屈曲された部分から構成される定速度自在継ぎ手において、 前記外方継ぎ手部材(31)の前記ボール軌道(38)の中心線Sが各々凸状 に屈曲された内方部分S1および開放端(37)に向かって、反対に屈曲された 凹状端部分S2からなることを特徴とする定速度自在継ぎ手。 2.前記内方部分S1が前記外方継ぎ手部材(31)の内部で中心Z1のまわり に屈曲された方法において各々延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の定速度 自在継ぎ手。 3.前記端部分S2が前記外方継ぎ手部材(31)の外部で中心Z2のまわりに 屈曲された方法において各々延びることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の 定速度自在継ぎ手。 4.前記中心線の前記端部分S2が中心線Sの内方部分S1に連続して隣接する ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の定速度自在継ぎ手。 5.前記中心線の前記端部分S2が転回点において前記中心線の前記内方部分 S1に隣接することを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の定速度 自在継ぎ手。 6.それぞれの転回点において中心線S上の接線が軸線平行であることを特徴 とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の定速度固定継ぎ手。 7.前記中心線の端部分S2および内方部分S1が円弧であることを特徴とする 前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の定速度自在継ぎ手。 8.前記端部分S2の曲率半径R2が前記中心線の前記内方部分S1の曲率半 径R1より小さいことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の定速 度自在継ぎ手。 9.前記外方継ぎ手部材(31)の前記ボール軌道(38)の前記内方部分S1 が前記外方継ぎ手部材(31)の前記開放端(37)に向かって中心継ぎ手面 Eを超えて10°だけ延びることを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に 記載の定速度自在継ぎ手。
