Claims (17)
1. Izolirano humano monoklonsko antitijelo, ili njegov antigen-vezujući dio, koje vezuje humani limfocitni aktivacijski gen 3 (LAG-3) i vezuje epitop humanog LAG-3 koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu sa SEQ ID NO (SEK ID BR): 77.
2. Izolirano humano monoklonsko antitijelo, ili njegov antigen-vezujući dio, koje vezuje humani limfocitni aktivacijski gen 3 (LAG-3) i vezuje se za isti epitop na humanom LAG-3 kao referentno antitijelo, navedeno referentno antitijelo koje sadrži varijabilni region teškog lanca koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu sa SEQ ID NO:37 i varijabilni region lakog lanca koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu sa SEQ ID NO:43.
3. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio iz patentnog zahtjeva 1 ili patentnog zahtjeva 2, koje sadrži varijabilni region teškog lanca koji je proizvod ili je izveden iz humanog VH 4-34 gena, i varijabilni region lakog lanca koji je proizvod ili je izveden iz humanog VK L6 gena.
4. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koje inhibira vezivanje LAG-3 za glavne histokompatibilne (MHC) molekule klase II.
5. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koje stimulira antigen-specifični T-stanični odgovor.
6. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio iz patentnog zahtjeva 5, koje stimulira proizvodnju interleukina-2 od strane antigen-specifične T-stanice.
7. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koje se vezuje za humani LAG-3 protein sa KD od 1 x 10-9 M ili manje.
8. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koje se vezuje za humani LAG-3 protein sa KD od 5 x 10-10 M ili manje.
9. Kompozicija koja sadrži antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, i farmaceutski prihvatljiv nosač.
10. Kompozicija iz patentnog zahtjeva 9, koja dalje sadrži jedno ili više dodatnih imunostimulatornih antitijela odabranih od anti-PD-1 antitijela, anti-PD-L1 antitijela i anti- CTLA-4 antitijela.
11. Kompozicija iz patentnog zahtjeva 10, gdje dodatno imunostimulatorno antitijelo je anti-PD-1 antitijelo.
12. Imunokonjugat koji sadrži antitijelo ili antigen-vezujući dio iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8 vezan za terapijski agens.
13. Izolirana molekula nukleinske kiseline koji kodira antitijelo ili antigen-vezujući dio iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8.
14. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8 za primjenu u terapiji.
15. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio za primjenu u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 14, gdje antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio je za administraciju istovremeno, odvojeno, ili sekvencijalno sa najmanje jednim dodatnim imunostimulatornim antitijelom odabranim od anti-PD-1 antitijela, anti-PD-L1 antitijela i anti-CTLA-4 antitijela.
16. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio za primjenu u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 15, gdje dodatno imunostimulatorno antitijelo je anti-PD-1 antitijelo.
17. Antitijelo ili antigen vezujući dio za primjenu prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 14-16, gdje primjena u terapiji je odabrana od primjene u liječenju raka i primjene u liječenju virusne infekcije.
