Claims (9)
- Innenspanner zum Spannen einer Schraubendruckfeder (2), insbesondere als Bestandteil eines Fahrwerks eines Kraftfahrzeugs, welcher einen Spannantrieb (3) mit integrierter Gewindespindel (4) sowie zwei relativ zueinander verlagerbare Spannteller (7, 8) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannantrieb (3) ein verdicktes 1.Ende (30) mit kugelabschnittsförmigen Oberflächen (35, 36) zum Eingriff in eine zentrale Kalotte (42) eines quer geschlitzten 1.Spanntellers (7) aufweist, wobei die Kalotte (42) mit an die Konfiguration der Oberflächen (35, 36) angeglichenen kugelabschnittsförmigen Innenflächen (43, 44) ausgestattet ist. - Innenspanner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das 1.Ende (30) des Spannantriebs (3) halbkugelig ausgebildet und seine ebene Stirnseite (32) am Umfang von geraden Kanten (33) und kreisabschnittsförmigen Übergangskanten (34) begrenzt ist, von denen aus sich die kugelabschnittsförmigen Oberflächen (35, 36) in Richtung zur Längsachse (13) des Spannantriebs (3) erstrecken, wobei der Radius (R) der Oberflächen (35) zwischen den geraden Kanten (33) und der Längsachse (13) größer als der Radius (R1) der Oberflächen (36) zwischen den Übergangskanten (34) und der Längsachse (13) bemessen ist, und dass der Radius der Innenflächen (43, 44) der Kalotte (42) dem Radius (R) der Oberflächen (35) zwischen den geraden Kanten (33) und der Längsachse (13) entspricht.
- Innenspanner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Umfangsrichtung des 1.Endes (30) gemessene Länge der Oberflächen (35) mit dem größeren Radius (R) etwa dem Sechsfachen der Länge der Oberflächen (36) mit dem kleineren Radius (R1) entspricht.
- Innenspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenflächen (43, 44) der Kalotte (42) mit geraden Kanten (50) und kreisabschnittsförmigen Übergangskanten (51) in die der Kalotte (42) benachbarte Stirnseite (41) des 1.Spanntellers (7) münden.
- Innenspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem schaftartigen Längenabschnitt (27) des Spannantriebs (3) benachbart des 1.Endes (30) zwei durch einen Umfangswulst (29) voneinander getrennte Einschnürungen (28, 31) vorgesehen sind, deren Durchmesser (D) kleiner als die Breite (B) des Querschlitzes (39) in dem 1.Spannteller (7) ist, wobei der Durchmesser (D1) des Umfangswulstes (29) größer als die Breite (B) des Querschlitzes (39), jedoch kleiner als der Durchmesser (D2) des kreisabschnittsförmigen inneren Endes (40) des Querschlitzes (39) ist.
- Innenspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am 1.Ende (30) und/oder am 2.Ende (52) des Spannantriebs (3) Vorsprünge (37, 11) mit Schlüsselflächen (38, 12) vorgesehen sind.
- Innenspanner nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das verdickte 1.Ende (30), die Einschnürungen (28, 31) sowie der Umfangswulst (29) direkt an der Gewindespindel (4) des Spannantriebs (3) vorgesehen sind und der Gewindeabschnitt (9) der Gewindespindel (4) mit einer Längsnute (14) zur Aufnahme einer Gleitfeder (15) als Bestandteil eines mit einer Spannmutter (6) entlang des Gewindeabschnitts (9) verlagerbaren Druckstücks (5) versehen ist.
- Innenspanner nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckstück (5) mit einer kugelabschnittsförmigen Druckfläche (19) zum Eingriff in eine entsprechend konfigurierte Kalotte (20) umfangsseitig einer zentralen Durchbrechung (21) in dem 2.Spannteller (8) versehen ist.
- Innenspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der 1.Spannteller (7) auf der der Kalotte (42) abgewandten Stirnseite (45) mit einer Aufstandsfläche (46) für eine Federwindung (24) versehen ist, deren Steigung in Umfangsrichtung des 1.Spanntellers (7) der Steigung der Schraubendruckfeder (2) angeglichen ist, wobei die Aufstandsfläche (46) zur Achse (47) des Spanntellers (7) hin durch einen in eine Federwindung (24) fassenden ringabschnittsförmigen Wulst (48) begrenzt ist.
