Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Container, beispielsweise einen Wohncontainer mit eingebauten Fenstem, Türen etc. die mit Rolladenkästen und Rollläden ausrüstbar sind, wobei die Verbindung der Containerwandöffnung mit dem Fensterrahmen mittels einer zwischengeschalteten, umlaufenden Montagezarge, die einerseits mit dem Fensterrahmen, ggfl. dem Rolladenkasten und andererseits mit dem Rand der Containerwandöffnung mechanisch verbunden ist, geschieht. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Container gem. dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
Container, beispielsweise Wohncontainer oder dergl., Garagen, Fertigund Gartenhäuser usw., d.h. Gebäude mit dünnen Wänden, die Fenster und/oder Türen beinhalten, sind bekannt.
Wegen der relativ dünnen Wände solcher Gebäude ist das Anbringen von Rolladenkästen und Rolläden äußerst umständlich und aufwändig. Es sind Versuche untemommen worden, die Containerwände mit dem Fensterprofil direkt zu verbinden und einen zusätzlichen Ausschnitt für den Rolladenkasten zu der Fensteröffnung vorzusehen und Sonderprofile für die Fensterrahmen herzustellen und einzusetzen.
Es liegt auf der Hand, dass eine solche Problemlösung ungeeignet und außerdem zu teuer ist.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verbindung zwischen Containerwand und Fensterrahmen mit und ohne aufgesetzten Rolladenkasten zu schaffen, die universell bei dünnwandigen Gebäuden eingebaut werden kann, einfach zu montieren ist.
Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile liegen insbesondere in der Vermeidung von jeglichen Sonderprofilen. Es können vielmehr normale Fensterrahmenprofile eingesetzt werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt in der einfachen Herstellung kompletter in die oft extrem dünnwandigen Fensteröffnung des Containers einsetzbarer Fenstereinheiten mit und ohne Rolladenkästen und der universellen Anwendbarkeit des Erfindungsgegenstandes bei Containern, Garagen, Fertighäusem usw. Hinzukommt dessen kostengünstige Herstellung auch vor Ort.
Die Erfindung, wie sie in den Ansprüchen beschrieben ist, wird nachstehend anhand eines in den Abbildungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.

Wie aus der Figur 1 hervorgeht, ist das Fenster, bestehend aus Fensterrahmen 2a und Fensterflügel 2b üblicher Bauart mit der Containerwand 1 über eine zwischengeschaltete Montagezarge 3 dergestalt verbunden, dass das vorgefertigte Fenster zunächst mit der umlaufenden Montagezarge 3 zu einer Montageeinheit verbunden wird, indem der federnde Rasthaken 1 b der Montagezarge in der Anschlußnut 2a1 des Fensterrahmenprofils einrastet. Anschließend wird die so entstandene Montageeinheit von der Außenseite des Containers (in der Figur von links) her in die Fensteröffnung des Containers eingeschoben und von innen mittels des Anschlagwinkels 4, der gleichzeitig unterschiedliche Wanddicken und Toleranzen ausgleicht, fixiert und verrastet.
Für den Fall des Einbaus eines Rolladenkastens 6, wird dieser zwischen der Oberkante eines Fensterrahmens 2 aus normalen, d.h. allgemein üblichen und einsetzbaren Fensterprofilen, und dem oberen Rand der Montagezarge 3 eingesetzt, wodurch wieder eine Montageeinheit entsteht, und dann in die Fensteröffnung der Containerwand 1 eingesetzt, mit dem Anschlagwinkel 4 fixiert und verrastet.
Damit sind die Montagearbeiten beendet.
Ein Abdeckprofil 5 ist auf der linken, rechten und unteren Seite der Montagezarge vorgesehen, um die Entwässerungsnut 3h abzudecken. Auf der oberen Seite ist diese Nut erforderlich, um die Kante 6a des Rolladenkastens 6 aufzunehmen und gleichzeitig nach außen hin abzudecken. Dieses Abdeckprofil ist als Mehrkammerprofil ausgebildet und besitzt eine Rastnut 3a für den Anschlagwinkel 4, sowie einen Rasthaken 3b für den Fensterrahmen 2a, je eine Nut 3c für ein Abdichtprofil außen und 3d für innen, ferner einen Anschlag 3e für den Fensterrahmen 2a bzw. die Kante 6a des Rolladenkastens 6 sowie je eine Nut 3f für einen Befestigungsanker und 1 g für ein Dichtungsband 7.
Die komplette Montageeinheit, bestehend aus Fensterrahmen, Fensterflügel, ggf. Rolladenkasten, Montagezarge und Anschlagwinkel bestehen vorteilhafterweise aus Kunststoff. Es können jedoch auch andere Werkstoffe oder Kombinationen von verschiedenen Werkstoffen zur Herstellung Verwendung finden.

Claims (3)

  1. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Container mit eingebauten Fenstem und/oder Türen etc. die mit Rolladenkästen und Rolläden ausrüstbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Containerwand (1) und dem Fensterrahmen (2) eine umlaufende Montagezarge (3) vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Fensterrahmen (2a) zu einer Montageeinheit verbunden und raumseitig mit einem an die Containerwanddicke anpassbaren, mit der Montagezarge (3) verbundenen Anschlagwinkel (4) ausgerüstet ist, wobei die Nut (3a) der Montagezarge (3) an deren rechten, linken und unteren Seite durch ein Abdeckprofil (5) verschlossen ist, während an der Oberseite diese Nut offen ist und die linke Ecke des Rolladenkastens aufnimmt und abdeckt und die Montagezarge (3) vor dem Einbau in die Öffnung der Containerwand (1) mit dem Fensterrahmen (2) und dem Rolladenkasten (6) zu einer Montageeinheit verbunden ist.
  2. Container nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Oberseite des Fensterrahmens (2) und der dieser gegenüberliegenden Oberseite der Montagezarge (3) ein Rolladenkasten (6) eingesetzt ist.
  3. Container nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagwinkel (4) mit der Montagezarge (3) und diese mit dem Rahmen über einen fedemden Rasthaken (1b) der in einer Anschlußnut (2a1) des Fensterrahmens (2) verrastet ist.
