Claims (4)
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung für ein in einer Ebene verschiebbares Verschlussorgan einer Gebäudeöffnung, insbesondere einen Rollladen, mit einem Schwenkhebel (9), bei dessen Betätigung mindestens ein Riegelelement (3) von einer Freigabestellung im wesentlichen quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Verschlussorgans in eine Sperrstellung bringbar ist, in der es mit einem an der Gebäudeöffnung angeordneten Sperrteil (4, 23) im Eingriff zu stehen bestimmt ist, wobei der Schwenkhebel (9) derart mit dem mindestens einen Riegelelement (3) wirkverbunden ist, dass er in dessen Freigabestellung mindestens annähernd rechtwinklig zur Bewegungsrichtung des Rollladens ausgerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Federmittel (10) vorgesehen ist, das den Schwenkhebel (9) in die Freigabestellung des Riegelelementes (3) und nach Überschreiten eines Totpunktes in die Sperrstellung des Riegelelementes (3) drängt, derart, dass das Riegelelement (3) automatisch in seine Sperrstellung gebracht wird, wenn der Schwenkhebel (9) kurz vor dem Erreichen der Schliessstellung des Verschlussorgans durch einen Anschlag (5) aus der Freigabestellung des Riegelelementes (3) über den Totpunkt bewegt wird.
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Schwenkhebel (9) im Abstand von dessen Schwenkachse (8) ein Stössel (13) angelenkt ist, welcher in der Freigabestellung des Riegelelementes (3) mindestens annähernd parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (2) des Verschlussorgans ausgerichtet ist, derart, dass der Stössel (13) kurz vor dem Erreichen der Schliessstellung des Verschlussorgans am Anschlag (5) ansteht.
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Begrenzungsmittel (15) vorhanden sind, die bewirken, dass der Winkel zwischen dem Stössel (13) und dem Schwenkhebel (9) 90° nicht unterschreitet und dass gegebenenfalls der Stössel (13) an seinem freien Ende auf der Seite des Schwenkhebels (9) eine Abschrägung (14) aufweist.
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federmittel eine Zugfeder (10) ist, die am Schwenkhebel (9) oder am Stössel (13) befestigt ist.
