Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Quertrennschweißen und stapelweisen Sammeln und Verblocken von aus einer Kunststoffolienbahn hergestellten Beuteln, insbesondere Hemdchentragetaschen, mit einer Quertrenn-Schweißeinrichtung, einer in Folienbahnlaufrichtung nachfolgend angeordneten Sammel- und Verblockungseinrichtung sowie einer zwischen letzterer und der Quertrenn-Schweißeinrichtung angeordneten Einzugseinrichtung mit wenigstens einer, vorzugsweise zwei sich im wesentlichen quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung erstreckenden und mittels umlaufend angetriebener Antriebselemente durch die Folienbahnebene bewegbaren und dabei einen Teilbereich jedes Beutels umlenkenden Stange bzw. Stangen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Stange (9, 11) zumindest eine gegenüber der in Transportrichtung bewegten Kunststoffolienbahn (1) bzw. dem Beutel (12) abrollende Oberfläche aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (9, 11) selbst um ihre Längsachse verdrehbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (9, 11) an paarweise mit Abstand gegenüberliegenden und über oberhalb und unterhalb der Kunststoffolienbahnebene angeordnete Umlenkräder (7) geführten Antriebsketten (8) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (9, 11) insgesamt in Form einer Abrollstange zwischen den Antriebsketten (8) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (9, 11) einen an den Antriebsketten (8) unverdrehbar gelagerten Lagerzapfen (24) und ein darauf drehbar gelagertes Rohr (25) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (25) von mehreren auf dem Lagerzapfen abstandslos angeordneten Rohrhülsen gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur axialen Begrenzung des Rohres (25) oder der Rohrhülsen an den Endbereichen des Lagerzapfens (24) im wesentlichen konisch ausgebildete Begrenzungselemente (26, 28) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Begrenzungselement (26) einstückig oder fest verbunden mit dem Lagerzapfen (24) ausgebildet ist, während das andere Begrenzungselement (28) lösbar mit dem Lagerzapfen (24) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung der Stange (9, 11) bzw. des Lagerzapfens (24) an den Antriebsketten (8) durch Befestigungsschrauben (27, 29) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Befestigungsschraube (29) zugleich zur lösbaren Befestigung des einen Begrenzungselements (28) am Lagerzapfen (24) dient.
