Claims (5)
- Radiusbetätiger für Sicherheitsschalter, bestehend aus einem Halter (1) und einem gegen Federkraft zwischen einer schrägen Anfahrstellung und einer Schalterbetätigungsstellung bewegbar darin gehaltenen Betätigungsbügel (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsbügel (2) an einem Ende eines Tragteiles (3) befestigt ist, dessen anderes Ende in den Halter (1) hineinragt, daß der Betätigungsbügel (2) gegenüber dem Tragteil (3) um eine Schwenkachse verschwenkbar und in jeder möglichen Verschwenkstellung relativ zum Tragteil (3) festlegbar ist, daß das Tragteil (3) mit seinem in den Halter (1) hineinragenden Ende an einer Grundplatte (11) befestigt und gegenüber dieser Grundplatte (11) um eine zweite Schwenkachse (12) verschwenkbar sowie in jeder möglichen Verschwenkstellung relativ zur Grundplatte (11) festlegbar ist, wobei die zweite Schwenkachse (12) gegenüber der Schwenkachse vom Tragteil (3) und Betätigungsbügel (2) um 90 Grad versetzt verläuft, und daß die Grundplatte (11) innerhalb des Halters (1) entgegen der Wirkung einer im Halter (1) abgestützten Feder (16) in Richtung der Längsachse des Tragteiles (3) verschiebbar sowie in Grenzen gegenüber dieser Längsachse kippbar ist.
- Radiusbetätiger für Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragteil (3) im Befestigungsbereich des Betätigungsbügels (2) nach Art eines Gabelkopfes (4) ausgebildet ist und einen Schlitz (5) aufweist, in den der Betätigungsbügel (2) teilweise hineinragt und daß der Gabelkopf (4) wie auch der Betätigungsbügel (2) von einem die erste Schwenkachse bildenden Zapfen (9) durchtrieben sind und daß der Gabelkopf (4) durch eine Klemmschraube (9) zum Zwecke der Festlegung des Betätigungsbügels (2) zusammenklemmbar ist, wobei diese Klemmschraube (9) den Betätigungsbügel (2) im Bereich eines kreisbogenförmigen Langloches (10) durchtritt.
- Radiusbetätiger für Sicherheitsschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (11) mit einer Aussparung (15) versehen ist, in die das halterseitige Ende des Tragteiles (3) hineinragt und daß die Grundplatte (11) von einer die zweite Schwenkachse (12) bildenden Schraube (13) durchtrieben ist, die auch eine Bohrung (14) des halterseitigen Endes des Tragteiles (3) durchtritt.
- Radiusbetätiger für Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (11) innerhalb des Halters (1) in einer Ausnehmung (17) verschiebbar und kippbar geführt ist, wobei die Ausnehmung (17) ebenso wie die Grundplatte (11) einen quadratischen Grundriß aufweist.
- Radiusbetätiger für Sicherheitsschalter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (16) einerseits an der Grundplatte (11) und andererseits an einem Ring (18) abgestützt ist, wobei dieser Ring (18) in den Halter (1) eingeschraubt ist und diesen Halter endseitig verschließt.
