Description
Claims (15)
- Sicherheitsschaltvorrichtung zur Überwachung einer um eine Bewegungsachse zwischen einer geöffneten und einer geschlossenen Position verschwenkbaren Schutzabdeckung (4) mit einem durch die Bewegung der Schutzabdeckung betätigbaren, elektrischen Schaltgerät (1), welches mit seiner Betätigungseinrichtung (5, 21) axial fluchtend zur Bewegungsachse der Schutzabdeckung (4) angeordnet ist, wobei die Schutzabdeckung (4) über ein Verbindungselement (7) mit dem Schaltgerät (1) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (7) in mindestens zwei Ebenen gelenkig bewegbar ausgebildet, mit der Schutzabdeckung (4) über ein Befestigungselement (15) verbunden und das Schaltgerät (1) feststehend und das Befestigungselement (15) im wesentlichen unabhängig von der Bewegungsachse an der Schutzabdeckung (4) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (5, 21) eine mit dem Verbindungselement (7) lösbar verbundene Betätigungswelle (5) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (5, 21) eine weitere mit dem Verbindungselement (7) lösbar verbindbare Betätigungswelle (5) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (5, 21) wenigstens einen Betätigungsnocken (21) für einen zugehörigen Schalter (20) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Betätigungsnocken (21) axial übereinander angeordnet und entsprechend angeordneten Schaltern (20) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (5, 21) zwei Betätigungsnocken (21) zum einen für einen auf die geschlossene Stellung der Schutzabdeckung (4) und zum anderen einen auf die geöffnete Stellung der Schutzabdeckung (4) ansprechenden Schalter (20) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsnocken (21) walzen- oder scheibenförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsnocken (21) für einen Schalter (20) eine Rastkerbe (26) und für den anderen einen Nockenvorsprung (25) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (7) ein Wellengelenk, insbesondere ein Doppelwellen- oder Kardangelenk ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (15) eine Achse (12) umfaßt, die mit dem Verbindungselement (7) längeneinstellbar verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (15) Bohrungen (18) zur Aufnahme von Sicherungselementen (19) für zum Befestigen des Befestigungselement (15) dienende Schrauben (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (15) zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene, zusammenklappbare Backen (32, 33) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkverbindung der beiden Backen (32, 33) eine Drehachse (12) aufweist, die mit dem Verbindungselement (7) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Backen (32, 33) miteinander derart verschraubbar sind, daß Schrauben (14) zum Anbringen des Befestigungselements (15) an der Schutzabdeckung (4) verdeckt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (15) ein Spanneinrichtung (39), insbesondere in Form einer von einer Backe (33) aufgenommenen und sich an der anderen Backe (32) abstützenden Stellschraube, für die beiden Backen (32, 33) aufweist.
