一种水解性好、并且强度优良的纤维薄片。通过将纤维薄片的结构做成二层以上纤维层重叠的多层结构,且做成分别具有一或二层以上含有针叶树纸浆及阔叶树纸浆的层A、及阔叶树纸浆的量比所述A层少或不含阔叶树纸浆的层B的纤维薄片,即使使用不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘结剂也可以得到水解性及强度优良的水解性纤维薄片。
Description
本发明涉及一种容易利用水流而分散的水解性纤维薄片。更详细地说,涉及一种具有良好的水解性及强度的水解性纤维薄片以及重叠多张所述纤维薄片而形成的擦拭用薄片。
为了擦拭人的臀部等皮肤或清扫卫生间的周围,要使用纤维薄片。该纤维薄片要在卫生间随即冲洗走,最好使用水解性的物质。但是,在卫生间冲洗掉时,如果不是水解性好的物质,在净化槽分散时就要花费时间。另外也存在堵塞卫生间等的排水槽的危险。一般地,在以浸湿的状态下包装清洗液等的纤维薄片,需要在含浸有清洗液的状态下能够进行擦拭操作的足够的强度,而且在卫生间冲洗掉时必须被水解。因此,需要一种水解性好、且具有耐用强度的水解性纤维薄片。
例如,在特开平1-168999号公告中公开了含有不溶解于水的羧甲基化纸浆及含有钙盐的易分散于水的清扫物品。另外在特开平9-132896号及特开平9-132897号公告中,公开了在不溶解于水或水中膨胀的羧甲基纤维素中添加了碳酸钠的水解薄片。但是,当为了提高纤维薄片的强度使用多量的粘结剂、即不溶解于水或水中膨胀的羧甲基化纸浆时,薄片的水解性就会降低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种即使使用不溶解于水或水中膨胀的粘结剂水解性也好、并且具有可耐用强度的纤维薄片及其擦拭用薄片。
本发明所述目的及优点通过以下的水解性的纤维薄片而实现,这种水解性的纤维薄片的特征是分别具有一层以上A层和B层,各层层积,而且至少在一层含有水溶性或水膨胀性的粘结剂。A层:含有针叶树纸浆及阔叶树纸浆的纤维纸层。B层:含有针叶树纸浆、而且阔叶树纸浆的量比所述A层少或不含阔叶树纸浆的纤维纸层。
本发明的针叶树纸浆是以针叶树为原料制造的针叶树纸浆。作为针叶树纸浆,代表性的有针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(NBKP)。除此以外还有针叶树牛皮纸浆等。
另一方面,本发明的阔叶树纸浆,是以阔叶树为原料制造的阔叶树纸浆。作为阔叶树纸浆,代表性的有阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(LBKP)。除此以外还有阔叶树牛皮纸浆等。
这里应该引起注意的一点是阔叶树纸浆和针叶树纸浆平均纤维长度不同。与阔叶树纸浆制成的纤维相比,针叶树纸浆制成的纤维平均纤维长度更长。由阔叶树纸浆组成的纤维长度一般为0.8-1.8mm。与此相比,由针叶树纸浆制成的纤维的纤维长一般为2.0-4.5mm。利用这些纤维长度不同的纤维把水解性及强度不同的纤维纸层重叠起来,这样,可得到利用其中一层促进水解性,而利用其它层保持强度的,水解性及强度优良的纤维薄片。
下面详细说明本发明中,纤维薄片的水解性及强度提高的作用。
针叶树纸浆为了增强纸力进行打浆处理。而且对针叶树纸浆来说,细纤维化的纤维之间由氢键紧密结合着。通过向那里添加象阔叶树纸浆一样的纤维长度短、键合力弱的纤维,能够调节纤维、即纤维素分子的键合力的强弱。由此,含有针叶树纸浆和阔叶树纸浆的层,形成了由于大量水的存在易被分散的水解性优良的层。这是本发明的A层。
一方面,含阔叶树纸浆少的层,或不含阔叶树纸浆的层,由于针叶树浆之间的键合强,所以形成高强度层。这是本发明的B层。
通过组合这些水解性优良的层及强度优良的层制成多层构造,可以得到优良水解性的纤维薄片。多层构造中,在各层,由于膨胀的体积及速度不同,所以当接触水时,就形成容易吸取水的构造,水解性变好。而且,本发明的纤维薄片,与只有阔叶树纸浆及针叶树纸浆制成的水解性的纤维薄片相比,为强度优良的纤维薄片。另外,本发明的纤维薄片为比仅由针叶树浆制成的水解性的纤维水解性优良的纤维薄片。
这里所说的对水的分散性,是和水解性相同的意思,可以说通过接触大量的水,而被细分化的性质。
本发明的水解性的纤维薄片,可通过把阔叶树纸浆含有量和/或粘接剂含有量不同的各层重叠起来制成。
这里把A层设为以含针叶树纸浆及阔叶树纸浆制成的纤维为主的纤维织网层。另外,把B层设为比A层含阔叶树纸浆量少或不含阔叶树纸浆的纤维织网层。
另外这里所述的以含针叶树纸浆及阔叶树纸浆制成的纤维为主的意思,是指当将纤维薄片上的纤维总量设为100%时,针叶树纸浆及阔叶树纸浆所占的比例至少是90重量%以上。
例如:可列出在A层不含有不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂,而且在B层含有不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂,以此为特征的水解性纤维薄片。
具体地可列出如下组成。1)在以含阔叶树纸浆(例如LBKP)及针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主的A层以及以含针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主不含阔叶树纸浆的B层二层组成的纤维薄片中,A层不含不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂,只在B层含有不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的水解性的纤维薄片(参照图1(a))。2)在由以含阔叶树纸浆(例如LBKP)及针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主的A层,及以含阔叶树纸浆(例如LBNP)及针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主的B层二层组成,B层的阔叶树纸浆含有量比A层的阔叶树纸浆的含有量少的纤维薄片中,A层不含有不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂,只在B层含有不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的水解性的纤维薄片(参照图1(b))
另外,作为具体的构成,可列出以A层中含有的不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的量比所述B层含有的不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的量少,以此为特征的如下的水解性的纤维薄片。3)在由含以阔叶树纸浆(例如LBKP)及针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主的A层,以及含以针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主的,不含阔叶树纸浆的B层二层组成的纤维薄片中,A层含有比B层量少的不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的水解性的纤维薄片(参照图2(a))4)在由含阔叶树纸浆(例如LBKP)及针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主的A层,以及含阔叶树纸浆(例如LBKP)及针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主的B层二层组成的,B层阔叶树纸浆的含有量比A层阔叶树纸浆的含有量少的纤维薄片中,A层及B层含有等量不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的水解性纤维薄片(参照图2(b))5)在由含阔叶树纸浆(例如LBKP)及针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主的A层以及含阔叶树纸浆(例如LBKP)及针叶树纸浆(例如NBKP)为主的B层二层组成,B层阔叶树纸浆含有量比A层阔叶树纸浆含有量少的纤维薄片中,A层含有比B层量少的不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的水解性纤维薄片(参照图2(c))6)在由A层以及2个B层组成的纤维薄片中,当把2个B层设为第1B层、第2B层时,在第1B层含有比A层少的阔叶树纸浆,在第2B层含有以针叶树纸浆为主,不含阔叶树纸浆。在按A层、第1B层、第2B层顺序把所述层重叠起来的纤维薄片中,不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂含在所有层中,含有量顺序为A层<B层1<B层2(参照图3)。该纤维薄片为对水解性的优良顺序为A层>B层1>B层2,强度优良顺序为B层2>B层1>A层的水解性的纤维薄片。
除此之外,作为本发明的纤维薄片的构成的具体的例子,可列出在由A层及B层二层组成,B层不含阔叶树纸浆的纤维薄片中,A层及B层含有等量的不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的水解性的纤维薄片等。
除以上所述的之外,在A层及B层各种组合中,通过组合阔叶树纸浆含有量变化的层和/或使不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的含有量变化的层,可实施本发明。根据用途或含浸溶液的种类可选择理想的组合。
如上所述,本发明形成水解性纤维薄片构成为二层以上重叠纤维层的多层构造,在至少一层中配有阔叶树纸浆,通过使其阔叶树纸浆含有量按每层变化,可得到水解性及强度好的纤维薄片。
在本发明中,A层阔叶树纸浆含有量,当纤维的全体量定为100%时,优选阔叶树纸浆所占的比例占百分比为60重量%以下。当阔叶树纸浆的含有量比上限大时,纤维薄片的强度变弱,在擦拭操作等使用时不耐用,更优选的阔叶树纸浆的配合量为纤维定为100%时,其重量百分比浓度为10-50%。在该含有量,强度及水解性好。
对本发明使用的纤维,以针叶树纸浆及阔叶树纸浆为主,也可以使纤维薄片中含有木绵等天然纤维、人造丝、聚丙烯、聚乙烯醇、聚酯或聚丙烯腈等合成纤维、聚乙烯等组成的合成纸浆以及玻璃纤维等无机纤维等。
本发明中,作为纤维织网形成纤维薄片。所谓纤维织网可以说是具有一定纤维方向的纤维块薄片状物。
本发明的纤维薄片中,纤维的秤量(表面密度)优选为10-100g/m2。秤量比所述下限小,将纤维薄片作为擦拭操作用的薄片使用时,不能得到必需的强度。秤量比所述上限大时,缺少纤维薄片应有的柔软性。作为臀部擦拭用及清扫用在擦拭操作中的纤维薄片使用的情况下,强度及柔软感方面,更优选的纤维的秤量为20-60g/m2。
在本发明的水解性纤维薄片中,为了提高纤维薄片的强度,添加和纤维结合的不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂。
在本发明中,作为粘接剂优选使用不溶于水的羧甲基纤维素。羧甲基纤维素中存在醚化度(DS)及pH不同、而且对水溶解性不同的各种类型。所述的不溶解于水或水膨胀性的羧甲基纤维素是一种例如醚化度为0.3-0.6的物质。另外,例如pH为5.0以上的物质。
另外,在羧甲基纤维素的种类中,还存在称为羧甲基化纸浆的物质。本发明中羧甲基化纸浆也可作为不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂使用。在羧甲基化纸浆中,存在酸型、钠盐、钙盐、铝盐、钡盐、锌盐、铜盐、锰盐等各种盐的类型。本发明中任一种盐都可以使用。
根据本发明的水解性纤维薄片,由于使用不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂,所以,不需要如现有的一样为了改善羧甲基纤维素的水解性,进行调整羧甲基纤维素的添加量,改性水平、醚化度或pH等的操作。
本发明的粘接剂只要具有不溶于水性或水膨胀性,而且有水分散性,任何物质都没有关系。例如也可以利用不溶于水的聚乙烯醇等。
本发明的纤维薄片中可添加碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠。当纤维薄片中添加碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠时,羧甲基纤维素有效地附着在纤维薄片上,因而可得到高强度的水解性纤维薄片。
添加碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠的方法有向添加有纤维及羧甲基纤维素的原料添加,再对纤维薄片进行抄纸的方法。另外有向抄纸后的纤维薄片中和羧甲基纤维素一起添加碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠的方法等。碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠也可以含在本发明的纤维所有层中,另外也可含在一部分层中。
另外将本发明的水解性的纤维薄片构造设置为二层构造时,也可以在不含阔叶树纸浆的层内添加碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠,在含有阔叶树纸浆层上不添加碳酸钠和/或碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠而制造。由于不在两层上添加,羧甲基纤维素有效地附着在一层上,所以可得到充分保持纤维薄片强度的效果。
在本发明中,作为粘接剂使用不溶于水或水膨胀性的羧甲基纤维素的情况,最理想的是使纤维薄片中含有对羧甲基纤维素交联的金属盐。通过金属盐交联,纤维薄片的强度增高。金属盐也可含在所有层,另外,也可含在部分层中。但是,在水解性的纤维薄片中,最理想的是和羧甲基纤维素接触。
金属盐可列出例如:镁、钙、钡、锶、锰、锌、钴及镍等盐,另外其中特别优选的是使用从由钙、锌及镁组成的组中选择的至少一种金属盐,当使用这些盐时,纤维薄片的强度变得更好。
在所有层含有不溶于水或水膨胀性的粘接剂的纤维薄片中,当金属盐由镁、钙、钡、锶、锰、锌、钴及镍等盐中选择含有时,优选的是当纤维100克时,金属盐含0.5克以上。金属盐比所述量少,湿润状态下的强度不够。
本发明中为了提高纤维薄片的强度,最好使纤维薄片中含浸有机溶剂。作为使本发明的水解性纤维薄片含有的有机溶剂可列出:乙醇、异丙醇等一价醇类或丙二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇单甲基醚等多价醇类。有机溶剂可以含在所有层中,另外也可以含在部分层中。
从水解性纤维薄片中强度这点来看,理想的是当纤维薄片重量设置为100g时这些有机溶剂时添加5-95g。另外,作为擦拭臀部和清扫用、用于擦拭操作上的纤维薄片使用的情况,为了防止使用感恶化及增加使用者肌肤的粗糙,更理想的添加量为5-60g。
本发明的水解性纤维薄片,可在不防碍本发明效果的范围内含有除此之外的物质。例如,可含有表面活性剂,杀菌剂、防腐剂、消臭剂、保湿剂、醇等。另外,通过使这些物质含在含浸纤维薄片上的有机溶剂或水中也可调整纤维薄片。
本发明的水解性纤维薄片可作为湿巾及卫生间周围的清扫用等擦拭操作使用。当作为制品预先将本发明的水解性纤维薄片浸湿包装时,为使纤维薄片不干燥而密封包装销售。
或者,本发明的水解性纤维薄片,也可以是在使用时浸含水或药液而使用的物品。
本发明的水解性纤维薄片可在卫生间等清扫操作和婴儿等臀部擦拭时使用,既可在擦拭操作时使用,通过将本发明的水解性纤维薄片多张重叠,可制成更适合作为擦拭操作的物质。
作为重叠水解性纤维薄片的擦拭用薄片构造的具体例子,如图4所示,更优选的是将本发明的水解性纤维薄片的B层置于外侧而重叠的构造。之所以那样,是因为外侧也就是在使用时,直接物品或人的肌肤等接触的部分,优选是强度优良。另外,卫生间等冲洗而接触大量的水时,由于内侧设成水解性优良的A层,所以自内侧分散。也就是,很容易而且在短时间内被水解。
而且,对于本发明的水解性纤维薄片B层做成外侧而重叠的构造中,制备A层阔叶树纸浆含有量和/或不溶于水或水膨胀性粘接剂含有量不同的二种类型的纤维薄片,通过将其重叠可得水解性及强度优良的擦拭用薄片。
例如,将水解性优良的层A层设置为擦拭用薄片中心,夹持其两侧,将比中心层水解性低而且比中心层强度高的层置于B层,而且,将比该层水解性低且比该层强度高的层作为第2B层置于最外侧,可得到具有所述构造的擦拭用薄片。
除此而外,也可做成将多张本发明的水解性纤维薄片呈A层、B层、A层、B层这样的强度优良层和水解性优良层相互重叠的构造。
水解性擦拭用薄片优选是在重叠水解纤维薄片的状态,使各个纤维薄片部分地接合,通过接合,做成使用时的强度更优良的物质。
而且,优选是对纤维薄片实施轧花整理加工等,从而使纤维薄片之间部分地接合。通过轧花整理加工,实现手触或使用感优良。
另外,当在纤维薄片之间接合处使用水溶性粘接剂时,水解性不降低,可提高薄片的强度。作为水溶性粘接剂,可列出:水溶性羧甲基纤维素,甲基纤维素、水溶性聚乙烯醇等。
将本发明的水解性纤维薄片重叠后的擦拭用薄片还可供在反复折叠的形态下擦拭操作等使用。
下面,通过本实施例更详细地说明本发明,但本发明不限定在这些实施例。实施例1
作为原料纤维使用针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(NBKP、加拿大标准游离度(CSF)中滤水量=570ml)及阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(在LBKP、加拿大标准游离度试验(CSF)中滤水量=720ml)。作为粘接剂使用不溶于水的羧甲基纤维素(Nichirin化学工业(株)社制的羧甲基纤维素菊苣酸酯DS=0.42 pH5.8)。
向分散有针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(NBKP)的溶液中混合不溶于水的羧甲基纤维素相对于原料100g为8g。然后向分散有纤维和羧甲基纤维素的溶液中添加碳酸钠,添加量当羧甲基纤维素设定为100%时为50重量%,将得到的溶液作为B层纤维薄片的原料。另外使针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(NBKP)及阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(LBKP)与水混合,将得到的溶液作为A层纤维薄片的原料。利用抄纸机(短网-圆网单烘缸造纸机)对得到A层及B层的原料进行二层抄纸。
首先利用短网部对A层纤维薄片的原料抄纸,做成秤量11.25克/m2的纤维薄片。然后,利用圆网部把B层纤维薄片的原料做成秤量11.25克/m2抄在抄过的A层纤维薄片上,从而,制得二层构造的纤维薄片。
此时,改变相对于A层的针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆量的阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆的量,调节纤维薄片。将相对A层的纤维重量的针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆的重量及阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆的重量的各个实施例中的配合量(重量%)显示于表1中的实施例1-1、2、3、4、5上。各个纤维薄片的起皱(crape)率为10%。
在制造的纤维薄片中,相对于纤维薄片100克;使丙二醇单甲醚∶氯化钙∶水按比例为20∶0.5∶79.5配制的溶液,相对纤维薄片100g含浸200克从而得到水解性的纤维薄片。
使得到的水解性纤维薄片在20℃下静置24小时后,测定水解性及其湿润强度。
水解性试验根据JIS P4502卫生纸解体难易试验而进行。详细叙述,在装有离子交换水300ml的烧杯中加入切割下的长10cm、宽10cm,水解性纤维薄片,利用转子进行搅拌。转数为600rpm,随时观察这时的纤维薄片的分散状态,测定到达分散的时间(下表、单位:秒)。
湿润强度测定时,试样选用由所述方法得到的纤维薄片按宽25mm、长150mm切断,利用Tensilon试验机,检测(chuck)间隔为100mm、引张速度为100mm/min。分别沿相对于纸的纵方向(MD:Machine Direction)及纸的横方向(CD:Cross Direction)进行测定。以此时破断时的强度(gf)为湿润强度的试验结果(下表,用g/25mm表示)。
比较例,对于B层原料和实施例同样进行调整。而且,向只有针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆制成的A层纤维中,和实施例同样添加不溶于水的羧甲基的纤维素,由A层及B层制成纤维薄片。使得到的纤维薄片中浸含相对纤维薄片100g为200g的和实施例相同的溶液,得到水解性的纤维薄片。对得到的水解性纤维薄片和实施例同样进行水解性及湿润强度的测定。
结果示于表1

从表1可知,比较实施例和比较例,强度相同,实施例中水解性更好。实施例2
和实施例1相同,使针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(NBKP)和水混合,相对原料100g混合8g不溶于水的羧甲基纤维素。然后,向分散有纤维和纤维羧甲基纤维素的溶液中,将羧甲基纤维素设为100%时,添加碳酸钠酚浓度为50重量%,将得到的溶液作为B层纤维薄片原料。另外,使针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(NBKP)及阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆(LBKP)与水混合,相对原料100g混合2g不溶于水的羧甲基纤维素。然后,向分散有纤维及羧甲基纤维素的溶液中,将羧甲基纤维素设为100%时,添加碳酸钠百分比浓度为50重量%,将得到的溶液做为A层纤维薄片的原料。利用抄纸机(短网-圆网-单烘缸造纸机)对得到的A层及B层原料进行二层抄纸。
首先利用短网部对A层纤维薄片的原料抄纸,做成秤量11.25/m2的纤维薄片。然后,利用圆网部把B层纤维薄片的原料做成秤量11.25/m2抄在抄过的A层纤维薄片上,从而,制得二层构造的纤维薄片。A层和B层之2层抄比为1∶1。
此时,改变相对于A层的针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆量的阔叶树牛皮纸浆的量,调节纤维薄片。将相对A层的纤维重量的针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆的重量及阔叶树漂白牛皮纸浆的重量的各个实施例中的配合量(重量%)显示于表1中的实施例2-1、2、3、4、5上。各个纤维薄片的起皱率(crape)为10%。
在制造的纤维薄片中,相对于纤维薄片100克使其浸含在200克与实施例相同的溶液中,从而得到水解性的纤维薄片。
使得到的水解性纤维薄片在20℃下静置24小时后,按实施例1方法测定水解性及其湿润强度。
比较例,对于B层原料和实施例同样进行调整。而且,向只有针叶树漂白牛皮纸浆制成的A层纤维中,和实施例同样添加不溶于水的羧甲基纤维素,由A层及B层制成纤维薄片。使得到的纤维薄片中含浸相对纤维薄片100g为200g的和实施例相同的溶液,得到水解性的纤维薄片。对得到的水解性纤维薄片和实施例同样进行水解性及湿润强度的测定。
结果如表2所示。

在本发明的水解性纤维薄片中,通过使水解性及强度不同的层重叠,即使用不溶解于水或水膨胀性的粘结剂也可以得到水解性及强度优良的水解性纤维薄片。
通过使本发明的水解性纤维薄片重叠可以得到水解性及强度优良的擦拭用薄片。
图1(a)(b)是二层构造的纤维薄片的断面图。图2(a)(b)(c)是二层构造的纤维薄片的断面图。图3是三层构造的纤维薄片的断面图。图4是将两张纤维薄片重叠而成的擦拭用薄片。
Claims (6)
1、一种水解性的纤维薄片,其特征在于:这种水解性的纤维薄片分别具有一层以上A层和B层,各层层积,而且至少在一层含有水溶性或水膨胀性的粘接剂;A层:含有针叶树纸浆及阔叶树纸浆的纤维织物层;B层:含有针叶树纸浆、而且阔叶树纸浆的量比所述A层少或不含阔叶树纸浆的纤维纸层。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的水解性的纤维薄片,其特征在于:这种水解性的纤维薄片仅在所述B层含有水不溶性或水膨胀性的粘接剂。
3、一种如权利要求1所述的水解性的纤维薄片,其特征在于:这种水解性的纤维薄片在所述A层含有的水不溶性或水膨胀性的粘结剂的量比在所述B层含有的水不溶性或水膨胀性的粘结剂的量少。
4、一种水解性擦拭用薄片,其特征在于:权利要求1、2或3中任一项所述的水解性的纤维薄片,使B层向外侧重叠而形成。
5、一种如权利要求4所述的水解性擦拭用薄片,其特征在于:在水解性的纤维薄片重叠的状态下,纤维薄片相互间局部粘接。
6、一种如权利要求5所述的水解性擦拭用薄片,其特征在于:纤维薄片相互间用水溶性粘接剂粘接。
