Abstract

本申请实施例提供一种图像引导方法、装置、放疗设备和计算机存储介质。该方法包括:获取目标对象的旋转偏移量、计划图像和实时图像;并根据旋转偏移量、计划图像及实时图像确定追踪偏移量,追踪偏移量用于追踪目标对象;其中,旋转偏移量是由目标对象在计划阶段和治疗阶段的体位差异产生的。在计划阶段获取目标对象的计划图像,因为在计划阶段和治疗阶段目标对象的位置会发生偏转,通过旋转偏移量、计划图像及实时图像所确定的追踪偏移量,使得在患者的治疗阶段,利用该追踪偏移量追踪目标对象,可以补偿因偏转所带来的图像畸变,提高患者靶区与治疗前计划图像的配准精度,从而提高患者的治疗精度。
