本发明公开了一种美容保健的肉制品火腿,是由下述重量份的原料制成:猪肉30-40、猪皮30-40、鸡肉20-30、大豆淀粉5-10、丹参1-3、葛根2-3、砂仁1-3、橘皮2-3、八股绳2-3、干姜1-2、食盐3-5、柠檬酸1-2、蔗糖2-3。本发明提供的美容保健的肉制品火腿以猪皮为主料,同时添加以猪肉、鸡肉以增强口感,猪皮有味甘、性凉、滋阴补虚,清热利咽的功使,猪皮中含有大量的胶原蛋白,能减慢机体细胞老化经常食用猪皮有延缓衰老和抗癌的作用。

本发明涉及一种蜜汁烧烤猪皮串的制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
猪蹄、猪皮是一种来源丰富且价格低廉的材料,其主要成分是脂肪和胶原蛋白,具有很好的保水性能,能有效地改善机体生理功能和皮肤组织细胞的保水功能,使细胞得到滋润,保持湿润状态,延缓皮肤的衰老过程,在美容和良好的胶凝性在食品、医药、化妆品行业具有广泛的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种蜜汁烧烤猪皮串的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种美容保健的肉制品火腿,其特征在于包括以下制作步骤:
  (1)称取以下质量份的原料:猪肉30-40、猪皮30-40、鸡肉20-30、大豆淀粉5-10、丹参1-3、葛根2-3、砂仁1-3、橘皮2-3、八股绳2-3、干姜1-2、食盐3-5、柠檬酸1-2、蔗糖2-3;
   (2)将丹参、葛根、砂仁、橘皮、八股绳、干姜用纱布包裹,与猪皮一起放入锅中,加适量水煮30-40分钟,捞出猪皮,沥干;
   (3)将猪肉与鸡肉一起放入绞肉机中,充分搅拌,得混合肉糜,然后将步骤(2)得到的猪皮及食盐、柠檬酸、蔗糖加入其中,再次搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的混合料进行灌肠,管好后放入蒸锅中,隔水蒸煮至熟透,再进行灭菌,封口,即得。
本发明的优点是:
   本发明提供的美容保健的肉制品火腿以猪皮为主料,同时添加以猪肉、鸡肉以增强口感,猪皮有味甘、性凉、滋阴补虚,清热利咽的功使,猪皮中含有大量的胶原蛋白,能减慢机体细胞老化经常食用猪皮有延缓衰老和抗癌的作用。

实施例1
一种美容保健的肉制品火腿,其特征在于包括以下制作步骤:
  (1)称取以下质量份(kg)的原料:猪肉40、猪皮40、鸡肉30、大豆淀粉10、丹参2、葛根3、砂仁3、橘皮2、八股绳3、干姜2、食盐4、柠檬酸2、蔗糖3;
   (2)将丹参、葛根、砂仁、橘皮、八股绳、干姜用纱布包裹,与猪皮一起放入锅中,加适量水煮35分钟,捞出猪皮,沥干;
   (3)将猪肉与鸡肉一起放入绞肉机中,充分搅拌,得混合肉糜,然后将步骤(2)得到的猪皮及食盐、柠檬酸、蔗糖加入其中,再次搅拌均匀;
  (4)将步骤(3)得到的混合料进行灌肠,管好后放入蒸锅中,隔水蒸煮至熟透,再进行灭菌,封口,即得。

Claims (1)

1.一种美容保健的肉制品火腿,其特征在于包括以下制作步骤:
  (1)称取以下质量份的原料:猪肉30-40、猪皮30-40、鸡肉20-30、大豆淀粉5-10、丹参1-3、葛根2-3、砂仁1-3、橘皮2-3、八股绳2-3、干姜1-2、食盐3-5、柠檬酸1-2、蔗糖2-3;
   (2)将丹参、葛根、砂仁、橘皮、八股绳、干姜用纱布包裹,与猪皮一起放入锅中,加适量水煮30-40分钟,捞出猪皮,沥干;
   (3)将猪肉与鸡肉一起放入绞肉机中,充分搅拌,得混合肉糜,然后将步骤(2)得到的猪皮及食盐、柠檬酸、蔗糖、大豆淀粉加入其中,再次搅拌均匀;
  (4)将步骤(3)得到的混合料进行灌肠,管好后放入蒸锅中,隔水蒸煮至熟透,再进行灭菌,封口,即得。
