Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO PARA BORRACHA". A invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo de moldagem por injeção, o qual possui uma unidade de injeção (1) compreendendo um cilindro de injeção (20) e um pistão injetor (10) se deslocando dentro dele. O cilindro de injeção pode ser enchido através de um canal de suprimento (12) colocado no pistão injetor e pode ser esvaziado através de uma abertura de saída (24) no cilindro de injeção. Uma abertura (14) no canal de suprimento (12) é separada espacialmente e/ou termicamente da abertura de saída (24). Desse modo há a possibilidade da completa vulcanização do material na abertura de saída.
