Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um componente de fibra compósito tridimensional de elevada resistência com uma distribuição de fibras isotrópicas compreendendo de 25% a 70% em peso de fibras de elevada resistência e de alto módulo, até 5% em peso de fibras ligantes e de 25% a 70% em peso de matriz dura ou termoplástica e um método para a sua fabricação, compreendendo os passos: ? - preparação de fibras (1, 2, 3), através da abertura das fibras por meio da dissolução destas dos feixes de fibras, fardos ou estruturas têxteis, ? - sucção e / ou sopro interativo e controlado (6) das fibras abertas à metade de um corpo de ferramenta tridimensional permeável ao ar (5), com o contorno deste lado do componente, ? - pré-solidificação na máquina de flocagem (4) do moldador de fibras obtido, ? - transferência do moldador de fibra (7) para uma ferramenta de compressão (11), que possui a forma de contorno da metade (5) da ferramenta permeável ao ar do componente, ? - contactando (10) com pelo menos um plástico líquido e ? - solidificação do moldador de fibras através de pressão (11) à um componente.
