Abstract
resumo da patente de invenção para: processo para o preparo de éster de ácido succínico. um processo para a produção de dialquil succinato a partir de uma carga de alimentação de bio-ácido succínico compreendendo as etapas de: alimentar bio-ácido succínico a um ponto no ou próximo do fundo de uma coluna de zona de destilação de reação operada em temperaturas e pressões para permitir a esterificação do ácido succínico e passar a dita corrente concorrentemente com alcanol de fluxo ascendente tal que a dita reação de esterificação ocorre; remover uma corrente de vapor de topo a partir do topo ou próxima do topo da coluna de zona de destilação de reação compreendendo diéster, alcanol, água de esterificação e componentes orgânicos e passar a dita corrente para uma coluna de separação de alcanol onde o alcanol é separado da água de esterificação e a partir dos componentes orgânicos; remover uma retirada lateral a partir da coluna de separação de alcanol a partir de um ponto abaixo do ponto de alimentação para a mesma, a dita retirada lateral compreendendo fases aquosa e orgânica parcialmente imiscíveis; passar a dita retirada lateral para o aparelho de separação de fase onde as fases aquosas e orgânica parcialmente imiscíveis são separadas; passar a dita fase orgânica para uma coluna onde o dialquil succinato é separado da água residual e outros componentes orgânicos; e recuperar o dialquil succinato.
