Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método definido desde el punto de vista químico para generar células madre neurales (NSC) y neuronas dopaminérgicas (DA) a partit de células madre pluripotentes humanas (hPSC). Las neuronas DA de la invención pueden derivar de las hPSC y las NSC. La presente invención también proporciona reactivos y kits útiles para la derivación de las células madre neurales y neuronas dopaminérgicas de células madre pluripotentes humanas.
