Abstract
La invención está dirigida a un método para reducir los casos de pre-ignición a baja velocidad en un motor de combustión interna de encendido por chispa suministrando al colector de aceite una composición de lubricante que contiene un aceite de viscosidad lubricante y un detergente sobrebasado de metal. El detergente sobrebasado de metal puede seleccionarse entre detergentes de sulfonato, detergentes de fenato y detergentes de salicilato, especialmente detergentes de sulfonato con una proporción de metal de al menos 5.
