Linda And Abilene (1969)

Herschell Gordon Lewis has delved into so many different genres. Of course he is most famous for his early gore films like Blood Feast and Two Thousand Maniacs but he has dipped his feet into just about every exploitation sub genre known to man. He did nudist camp films like Natures Playmates. Sexploitation trash like The Alley Tramp. Hillbilly horrors like This Stuff'll Kill Ya. Biker films like She Devils On Wheels. Juvenile delinquent stuff like Just For The Hell Of It. I can go on and on but I'm sure you get the point. With this one he offers up a sexploitation flick in the form of a western.

This one starts off a bit slow and it takes quite a while before we even have any dialogue but eventually it gets into the warped tale of a incest, lesbianism and murder.

A brother and sister attend their parents funeral and are left to tend to the farm and house on their own and I'm sure their parents wouldn't be proud of them when the siblings start spying on each other in various states of undress. Both of them lust after the other and they have sleepless nights of a masturbation with dirty incestuous thoughts. Eventually they give in to their desires and its not long before they are humping all over the house, farm and creek. Things turn sour when big brother takes off to the nearest town for a night of liquor and ladies. A dude at the bar named "Rawhide" over hears a conversation between big brother and a local hooker about how he left little sister home all alone. Naturally Rawhide heads over to the farm-house where he will indulge in a night of rape.

When big brother comes home to the aftermath of his beloved sisters rape he promptly decides to kill Rawhide. So I guess it is also a rape/revenge flick too. The whole revenge thing comes off rather rushed and it all comes to an anticlimactic and abrupt ending.

The main problem with this flick aside from its boring beginning is that there just isn't enough naked flesh in it. There are only two girls in the entire movie and after a while we get tired of seeing the naked frolic scenes. However there are some truly awesomely awkward moments in here like the churning butter montage. We watch bro and sis join hands and jerk-off a barrel of butter. Who thinks this stuff up?

Linda And Abilene was thought to be long lost but lucky for all us Herschell Gordon Lewis fanatics it was recently found. Not the best movie in the world but fans of Lewis are used to that sort of thing. Check it out for fun with lesbians, incest, rape/revenge and of course butter churning.

Ms. 45 (1981)

Ms. 45 is one of the best rape revenge films ever made. This one takes the familiar rape/revenge concoction and sends it off in a totally different direction. Between Abel Ferrara's brilliant direction and Nicholas St. John's writing, Ms. 45 becomes more of a piece of art to be debated and discussed rather then pure exploitation. While the film does still manage to hold those beloved elements of an exploitation film, it seems to be something more. Something with a controversial theme. That theme is of course feminism.

  Zoë Lund does a brilliant job in this movie. Her acting is on point and she gives the main character Thana so much life. Considering Zoë Lund was only 17 years old when she took this role on, makes it all the more astonishing. Thana is a silent mute who seems to be completely disgusted with the male gender. This repulsion will of course grow when she has the worst day of her life. On her way home from work with her sleazy boss Thana is harassed by the droves of horny men on the New York City streets. They give her all the usual "hey baby, hows it going" pick up lines, blow her kisses and whistle at her as she walks by. Before she gets home to her apartment she is pulled into an alley by a masked rapist played by no other then directer Abel Ferrar.

The rapist comes complete with a gun and one of those creepy translucent masks from movies like Alice Sweet Alice and Last House On Dead End Street. The masked scumbag rapes Thana at gun point and makes it a point to tell her "See ya, later. I'll be back baby". Thana picks herself up from the filthy city street and makes her way back home only to realize that another man has broken into her home. When the burglar finds nothing worth stealing he takes it out on the freshly raped Thana and yes you guessed it, she is raped again. This time around the rapist doesn't get away so easy. Thana picks up a clothing iron and caves the dirt-bags head in.

Since our main character has been sexually assaulted twice in one day, I think it is safe to say that she might not be so mentally stable. Her repulsion for men grows to a deep hatred and its not long before she goes on a brutal killing spree of revenge with the loaded gun she stole from the now dead rapist. One of the things that makes Ms. 45 so much more interesting then the average rape/revenge flick is the fact that the main character isn't really acting out vengeance on the ones that did her wrong. Instead she takes her anger out on the entire male gender. This would of course be explored again in a later French film called Baise-Moi (2000) but it was done much more effectively in Ms. 45.

   It is this thought provoking feminist theme that so often brings Ms. 45 into discussion and debate. While it is arguable that all or most rape/revenge films have the underlining message that ALL MEN ARE SCUM!!! This movie takes it to a new level. However I feel that most view this movie slightly wrong. While at first glance it may seem that  Zoë Lund's character is the ultimate feminist, it doesn't mean that the film is a pro-feminist movie. In fact it portrays her more as a damaged human being with many social and probable mental disorders. In this review I used the word repulsion a lot because the character of Thana greatly resembles the disturbed character of Roman Polanski's Repulsion (1965). In fact the similarities are so great that I am almost positive that Ferrara and the Ms. 45 crew were highly influenced by Polanski's horrific art-film. Damaged in the brain or not the audience can't help but love the character of Thana. The remainder of the film we watch the fem-fatale blow away men with her beloved pistol. Some of them seem to deserve it and others... not so much. It all comes to violent end where Thana dresses up like a nun and massacres the men at a Halloween party. 

Ms. 45 has the perfect blend of art and exploitation. It comes complete with locations from the great genre film Death Wish, a pretty cool musical score and it really captures the mean streets of NYC in a time long past. A must see for genre fans.

Kinjite : Forbidden Subjects (1989)

Kinjite is  apparently a word that is used in Japan to describe a taboo subject such as sexual abuse, child molesters and prostitutes. Kinjite is a Forbidden Subject in Japanese culture but luckily for us Americans it is not forbidden to watch.

Charles Bronson plays Lieutenant Crowe, a police officer who is on a pretty rough assignment and the job just might be getting to him. A typical day for Lieutenant Crowe involves tracking down pimps and making them eat their $25,000 wrist watch and sticking dildos up child molesters assholes but we will get back to all that good stuff in a bit. Kinjite was directed by J. Lee Thompson (Ten To Midnight, Happy Birthday To Me) and the director offers up all the Forbidden Subjects that we can stand. In this movie Charlie Bronson is tracking down some pimps who like to abduct young (very young) girls, molest them and put them out on the streets addicted to smack for a profit. After Bronson's own daughter is groped on a bus by a perverted Japanese man, he might not be the best candidate to help find a young pre teen Asian girl who has been corrupted by the dirt-bag pimps.

Kinjite is sleazy and disturbing at the same time. The audience can not help but feel uncomfortable with the contents of the depraved subject matter. We have plenty of naked female flesh on display but considering what is happening to these girls it is anything but attractive. This one depends more on the twisted story then it does on the shoot-em-up more typical Bronson stuff. Of course we get all the expected revenge but it is the sickness within the plot that really separates Kinjite from the more typical Death Wish type stuff.

As I mentioned earlier Charlie Bronson has his own way of dealing with the scum on the streets. In the most memorable scene he forces a kiddie-touching pimp to swallow his own watch. Then Bronson blows his car up as a final fuck-you. In another scene he sticks a rubber dick up a mans ass. Now that's justice! He also throws a pimp off of a balcony, leaving a fine looking corpse with a shattered achy-breaky skull. The film also offers up quite a bit of racism from our vengeful hero Bronson. We have young Asian prostitutes, child junkies and multiple explosions. On a down note Kinjite comes complete with one of the worst musical scores I have ever been forced to sit through. The soundtrack is painfully bad but it is a small price to pay for the overall experience of Kinjite.

Although very different in the plot, I would say the best audience for this movie, aside from Charlie Bronson obsessed lunatics would be fans of J. Lee Thompson's Ten To Midnight. Its sick and twisted but justice is served. This one really doesn't work for die hard action fans. Luckily for me, I do not fit into that catagory.

Death Wish 2 (1982)

It took eight years for the first sequel to Death Wish to come but it came at us with guns blazin and still stays true to the original. Perhaps if they took their time on the sequels to follow they would have been as interesting as this follow up to the classic rape/revenge tale.

Yet again Bronson proves that it never pays to be close to him. His daughter is raped yet again by another gang of vicious punks but this time she doesn't make it out alive. After the violent rape scene she tries to make her escape but ends up impaled on a metal, spiked pole from a fence in a scene that looks like it should have been in a horror movie. For those who remember correctly in the first Death Wish Bronson's daughter was not the only victim of sexual abuse. His wife was also attacked and killed by the scum bags. I guess the film makers decided that if there was two rapes in the first film there had to be at least two rapes in the sequel. The second rape victim in Death Wish 2 is Bronson's maid. The scum take turns with her and then smash her achy-breaky skull in. Naturally there is vengeance to pay.

Charles Bronson takes to the Hollywood streets. Oh yeah this one takes place in California since the police forced him out of New York City in the first film. He searches every sleaze-ball corner for the degenerates who killed his friend and daughter but what he finds instead is criminals in every parking garage, bus and arcade but the main difference between the sequel and the original is this time around he actually finds the low lives that harmed his family. He finds a few rapping a woman and he shoots them to shit. He takes out a few more in a big shoot out scene when he catches them purchasing automatic weapons.

He drops a cheesy line in one scene when he asks one of the punks "Do you believe in Jesus? You're gonna meet him" the he shoots him full of holes and takes back to the streets for more revenge.

In my favorite scene, the only remaining gang member beats the shit out of half the police force while high on P.C.P. after his arrest he is sent to a rehabilitation hospital. Bronson poses as a doctor and sneaks into the hospital for a final fight scene where Charlie gets stabbed full of holes.

Laurence Fishburne (Apocalypse Now, King Of New York) shows up as one of the rapists. He meets his fate with a bullet to the face. Fishburne walks around with a ghetto blaster and does some silly dances but he sure does have some cool sun glasses. We also get a death by electrocution, some knife violence, dead cops and a really sneaky Charles Bronson. It all makes for a great follow up.

Born Losers (1967)

The mid 60's was the height of Biker Exploitation Films and Born Losers is amongst the best of the lot. After the success of Roger Corman's Wild Angels in 66 a whole slue of these rough-rider movies would follow.

Directed and staring Tom (Billy Jack) Laughlin as the do-gooder Indian who takes revenge against a gang of violent bikers who call themselves the Born Losers.

This is the first time Laughlin would ever play Billy Jack and Born Losers is the best of the lot. The story is strong and so is the suspense and action. Born Losers almost plays like a western with many showdown type scenes between our vengeful Indian in the cowboy hat and the losers that he goes to war with.

About five minutes into the film we are treated to some violence when the Losers kick the shit out of a smart mouth college kid in a traffic jam. They beat the kid to a bloody pulp and everyone turns the blind eye. That is except for Billy Jack. Billy grabs his riffle and shoots one of the bike riding scumbags down. The gang is locked up and so is Billy Jack. The only problem is that Billy's sentence is much worse. "Think twice next time before you help someone". Once Billy Jack is released from jail the Losers decide to make his life a living hell. They fuck with him where ever he goes, they rob his house and steal his money but he doesn't decide to battle these bastards again until they rape a lone-rider babe in a white bikini on a motorcycle played by Elizabeth James (Dirty Mary Crazy Larry).

The bikini clad biker-babe is just one of the many rape victims of the gang. The same day they rape three teenie-boppers and it makes the news. When two of the Losers are identified and caught by the police the rest of the gang terrorize the rape victims and their family.

Well enough is enough! Billy Jack has some ass to kick and it all comes together in a big showdown at the gangs clubhouse. With tire irons swinging and guns-a-blazin.

This one offers up a mute with no tongue who screams in women's faces, a dirty son of a bitch named Crabs "What do ya say we all jump in a shower together", A vice president named Child Of Christ and a bunch of other memorable characters. Achy-breaky skulls are clobbered with tire irons, motorcylces burn. We get gun violence, knife violence, a strip-tease from an "over sexed teenager". Although we do get a little bit of bare flesh this thing could have only benefited from some more nudity but hey I couldn't ask for much more from a movie rated {PG}. If this thing was released today it would clearly be rated {R}.  Still Born Losers is amongst my favorite of all biker films. Its Death Wish meets Satan's Sadists. Oh and watch for the scene between Billy Jack and Elizabeth James in the resturaunt. We get some good continuity where Elizabeth starts to say her lines and stops. Then she picks it up again.

I Spit On Your Grave (2010)

Is it just me or is it impossible to kill somebody in a horror movie these days without tying them up first? They should have called this movie I Spit On Your Torture Porn. It plays more like a bondage fetish movie then anything else with every victim being tied to a tree, or tied to a chair, or tied to the bathtub or just plain fucking tied. Well at least in the 70's we didn't need rope to kill someone. Do yourself a favor and go back and watch the original.

This 2010 remake wasn't quite as bad as the remake of Last House On The Left but then again that's not really saying much. This one was at least watchable with believable actors and story line that obviously shows the creator was a fan of the far superior original.

The first half of the movie plays very true to the 70's flick with the exception of an added hand held video camera. We also get an added character as a villain, so this time our heroine can "Cut, Chop, Break and Burn five men beyond recognition". If you remember correctly the brilliant exploitation tagline lied to us the first time around with only four victims. The rape scenes are lifted directly from Meir Zarchi's classic with only the order of attacks being rearranged. The rape scenes themselves are also very much dulled down. They are no where near as painful to watch as the original but we do get some of the lingering camera work that made the aftermath of the rape scenes seem so realistic in the original.

What happens next is never explained or justified but our rape victim gets away and survives in the woods with no clothes food or water for months. Next time she appears she is quite healthy with a new wardrobe.?.? She takes her revenge on the scum that brutalized her and left her for dead, started with Matthew the retard. By the way Matthew is very believable in the remake and the best scene in the whole movie is when Matthew busts a screaming nut into our rape victim. Anyway, Matthew is strangled with a noose and looses consciousness an tied to a chair. (Lets see if you can follow me now) Matthew's hand is tied to a shotgun trigger that is rammed up another mans ass who is also tied to a chair. If Matthew the tard moves... Bang! Its blown out assholes for lunch. This scene reminded me a bunch of Kiss Of Her Flesh. The scene where a man has his penis tied to the trigger of a rifle. Thanks to the help of a little strip tease our victim gets a hard on and blam! If inspiration was found in the great Findlay's Flesh Trilogy I will give credit where it is due but still these murders are way to elaborate and ridiculous for a rape/revenge movie. Why does every movie have to play like a Saw movie?

Anyway, another guy is tied up and has his teeth pulled out and is eventually castrated. In my humble opinion this also does not live up to the infamous castration scene from the real movie. Next a man is suspended above a bathtub that is filled with lime and water. Yes he looses face. In the most brutal and satisfying of all the revenge scenes a man is (you guessed it) tied up. He is tied to a tree and has fishing hooks through his eyelids. Next he has dead rodents shoved into his mouth, fish guts mashed into his eyeball wounds and eventually big cgi birds come and eat his eyeballs from his bleeding sockets. This scene was pretty cool despite the directors sick bondage fetish.

What it all comes down to is that I Spit On Your Grave is another pointless remake from the 2000's. Skip it and hold your self respect with the original.

Straw Dogs (1971)

Cinema rebel, Sam Peckinpah delivers this classic tale of rape revenge right in the height of his career. Pecikinpah proved two years earlier with The Wild Bunch that he can build and build suspense and then deliver the nasty goods with a bang. He succeeds once again!.

Wes Craven's cult classic Last House On The Left would follow in the next year and the Death Wish wouldn't hit screens for another three. Of course this genre of film has already been toyed with but perhaps Sam Peckinpah is once again under credited by genre fans.

Straw Dogs casts Hollywood lame-o Dustin Hoffman as a wimpy American married to a British women played by the incredibly hot and stylized actress Susan George (Die Screaming Marianne, Dirty Mary Crazy Larry). The couple move to a back woods shack in the middle of nowhere England and have more to deal with then relationship issues. Dustin Hoffman's character is a weak coward who runs from everything and avoids confrontation and Susan George has had enough of it. Ms. George looks as good as can be and the local pervy, lowlifes have some nasty plans for her.

In Susan George's introduction the camera zooms in on her chest and her erect nipples poke through her sweater for all to see. She complains that the men in the village are undressing her with their eyes, as is the male audience. Her husband warns her to wear a bra when out in public and she ignores him. Peckinpah chooses a voyeuristic style of shooting her scenes. For instance, when she gets out of her car the camera gives a glimpse up her skirt, leaving the audience wondering if this is just carelessness on her part or if she enjoys taunting the men around her. Its not long before she is standing in front of her window with her beautiful bare breasts exposed, as the men stare in at her we suddenly realize that this is all going to end very badly.

The men become more aggressive and go as far as to kill the couples cat and hang it from a noose in a closet. Of course Hoffman is to much of a pussy to confront the men that did it and this shows them that they can walk all over this man and do what they want. Susan George is raped by two of the local scum and the rape scene is also open to suggestion because it seems to weave in and out of what is a mean spirited, violent experience to something that Susan George seems to enjoy at times. Eventually the rapists and three of their friends accidentally shoot the towns sheriff in a angry drunken stupor. Hoffman and George were witness to the brutal killing and the couple finds themselves fighting off a home invasion from the five drunk rapists and murders. Hoffman's character shifts gears once his life is threatened and kills the whole lot of them.

What Straw Dogs has in store for us next is some boiling vegetable oil to the face. A head caught in a bear trap, a stabbing, achy-breaky skulls are smashed with blunt instruments, a man has his foot blown off with a shotgun and another has his guts blown apart. We also have a pervy village retard named Henry who strangles a young girl in a barn.

Although Straw Dogs isn't quite an exploitation film. Fans of this type of extreme cinema are bound to love it. From the nasty rape scenes to the dead cat in the closet, the violent vengeance and not to mention the dead cop, Straw Dogs is another example of amazing renegade film making from Sam Peckinpah. Of course Hollywood has their greedy little hands on this title as well and the remake is due for release any day now. I doubt it will ever come anywhere near the original and I'm sure Peckinpah would be turning over in his grave. Until we have another outlaw director who likes to piss on the buildings of the executive producers, Straw Dogs will always remain king.

Perversion (1979)

Director, Jose Mojica Marins or better known in America as Coffin Joe takes a bite at the Rape/Revenge genre with typical Coffin Joe social message and rebellious undertones. Marins plays a very rich and very powerful socialite with some very sinister ways. In the films opening we see Marins rape a virgin and then bite her nipple off. Marins is brought to court and of course wins because of his money and powerful friends within the legal system (sounds just like real life) but he is not contempt with winning his case. Instead he flaunts his power around and gains even more controversy and even respect from the townspeople. The rape victim is harassed and tormented and almost driven to insanity. Then the movie slows down to the point where it is almost painful and the corruption of power theme is beaten into our brains repeatedly.

We get some naked flesh from a few women and Coffin Joe himself bares quite a bit in semi disturbing scenes of him in tight underwear or bathing suits. The man is a true renegade and its obvious he doesn't mind being a vile villain yet again because his character is so hated in this movie. He mocks his own beer belly within the film and when he removes clothing the actors are usually appalled as are we, the viewer.

Perversion also known as Rape ends with a nasty castration, that I personally saw coming from a mile away. Coffin Joe loses his penis in a sex scene and the weapon of choice was a gialo style straight razor. Seeing Marins stand totally naked and screaming in slow motion as blood spews from his dismembered penis is amusing and yet disturbing at the same time. Of course Perversion can't be compared to Coffin Joe's early work like At Midnight Ill Take Your Soul but its still a decent time passer for true fans.

Forced Entry (1975)

Not to be confused with the 1973 Shaun Costello film with the same title this Rape/Revenge flick stars Tonya Roberts from Tourist Trap as the victim of sex maniac named Carl. Carl is a grease monkey at a shit hole gas station. He has long hair, a thick Brooklyn accent, is usually covered in oil and has some serious mommy issues. He also has some very strange ideas about love. He fantasises about the perfect woman but when he meets them he usually just rapes and murders them. "Whores... I hate whores!"

A friend of mine once said that Forced Entry (1975) plays like a made for television movie with a real nasty subject matter. I could almost agree with them in the sense that Forced Entry isn't overly graphic. It shows a bit of tit and the murder scenes are really pretty quick with the exception of one kinda nasty stabbing.

The thing that makes Forced Entry so great isn't the brutality of the film it is simply the monologue. Its one of those great 70's movies where we spend most of our time inside the killers head. Similar to movies like Taxi Driver and Maniac (1980). Like Travis Bickle and Frank Zito, Carl is very disturbed but at times you can't help but laugh through some of his psychotic monologue. In one of my favorite scenes we hear Carl's thoughts on breakfast. "Every morning I eat my Puffs with some milk and it Puffs a man up in all the right places and gets him ready for his day". Even during the rape scenes we hear Carl's insane philosophy about his victims. "I can't do it right with all that screaming and crying". It seems like Carl can never do it right and despite is daily Puffs intake his penis issues usually always results in murder.

Check out Forced Entry for another rape-revenge sickie from the sleazy 70's. Its a good time with some memorable quotes and the ending doesn't disappoint.

The Taking Of Christina (1976)

The Taking Of Christina is another 70's sickie from director Armand Weston (Defiance Of Good). This one is a rape/revenge flick that is supposed to be based on a true story. True or not its an awesome flick with ultra violence, rape and of course hardcore XXX sex.
Virginal Christina is only days away from her wedding when she is abducted by two ex convicts. She is raped and beaten by these two scumbags but in time she almost seems to be enjoying it.She convinces the traveling criminals to take her with them and she leads them into a trap of revenge that ends with a bloody mess in the snow.
Like Defiance Of Good, you really can see the talent behind this thing. The Taking Of Christina is not just your average smut flick. We get nice camera work with depressing music and we even get a decent actor here and there. Right from the beginning of the movie its obvious that this thing is going to end in tragedy and fortunately for us it does. It ends with a shotgun blast to the face. One of our rapists even has his penis blown off with a exploding crotch squib. Another man is stabbed to death and Charles Bronson even appears in a sex scene in a giant poster on the wall. Bronson's mustache and wrinkly face is exactly what the people need during a filthy orgy.
I watched this one with a bunch of friends and everyone was cheering on the penis-wound revenge scene and of course Bronson's big appearance in a 70's porn flick. This just goes to show that adult cinema was and still should be so much better then the crap that these money hungry rapists put out today. Grab a few friends and a few cold ones and check this one out for a filthy good time.

The Tormentors (1974)

The director that gave us garbage like The Mighty Gorga and Monsters Crash The Pajama Party takes a chance on a Biker Exploitation film. Good thing he chose such a undemanding genre because The Tormentors (as usual) is a total piece of trash.
After a man learns that his girlfriend was raped and killed by a neo nazi, biker gang he chooses to find his way into the gang with one thing on his mind... Kill Kemp, the leader of the gang. If that's not a weak-ass regurgitated plot, I don't know what is. The Tormentors is a mess of a movie and its completely unintentionally hilarious. Lovers of bad movies might enjoy this one to a certain degree but I on the other hand found it to be lame, boring and a weak exploitation flick.
The gang itself goes by the name of the fourth riche and theres only four of these clowns including Kemp the leader, Yet for some reason in one scene they threw in a few extras in the janitor suits with the swastika armbands. Its pretty confusing in the movie and it just makes you wish there really were more gang members. This however is not as confusing as the constant change in accents. Kemp has a thick German accent in some scenes and then in others he speaks like a street kid from New York. Kemp isn't the only one who changes his accent either. We have some other loser who has a thick southern accent one minute and then sounds like a Yankee the next. Then we get this really embarrassing scene involving a bazooka. One of the Nazi bikers points a bazooka at a cop car and pulls the trigger. We hear a bang and then the film cuts to the cop car with a bunch of guys laying down next to the cop car but the car just has its hood open with a bit of steam coming off the engine, signifying that the car was hit with the rocket. What the hell is that? They couldn't even set a small fire on the car to attempt to make the scene believable? They really want me to believe that these guys were thrown from the cop car and there is no damage done to the vehicle? Well I didn't buy it and that scene pissed me off so bad that I couldn't even laugh. We get one inept scene after another and after a while it gets a bit old. The film also includes one soft (very soft) rape scene and a strangulation by Swastika armband. Some pretty girls running around in Nazi uniforms, the slightest bit of nudity, gratuitous hippie dancing, a Jesus who goes to jail and some very tame torture. Don't waste you're time on this one. There are plenty of Swastika clad biker gang films out there and this one just doesn't cut it. Ill take Born Losers over The Tormentors any day.

Entrails Of A Beautiful Woman (1986)

Entrails Of A Beautiful Woman also know as Guts Of A Beauty is the ultra perverse follow up to Entrails Of A Virgin or Guts Of A Virgin. The sequel surpasses the first film on every level and gets so high up on the sleaze-o-meter that a shower is strongly recommended after each viewing. This truly is a sick flick in every sense of the word sick. What we get is a 68 minute sit through of extremely graphic sex, rape and over the top gore & violence.
Trash cinema fanatics like myself couldn't ask for much more. Although the pubic hair law was still in full affect in 1986 Guts Of A Beauty has some pretty erotic scenes with a almost believable fake penis blow job scene and flying sperm. The only thing is its a bit hard to recover from the brutality of the rape scenes in time to enjoy a sex scene. In that way, Entrails totally rapes the senses and can only be enjoyed by the toughest most jaded of viewers.

Guts Of A Beauty becomes one of the most warped rape/revenge films I have ever seen. Aside from some genitals and pubic hair the camera holds nothing back in the nasty rape scenes. We get blood running down the rape victims legs and some nasty stains on the mattress.
The story is basically about a girl who is drugged and raped by a Yakuza gang. The girl manages to escape to a hospital where she commits suicide in front of a female doctor. The doctor decides to avenge the dead girl by killing off the Yakuza but things don't go the way the doctor planned and she finds her self in the very same situation, being drugged, raped and murdered. Some how the dead doctor comes back as a disgusting bloody mess of a monster with a mutant penis with some sharp teeth and a giant gaping vagina.
The monster looks like a cross between Pumpkinhead and skinless Frank from Hellraiser. The monster kills off Yakuza gang members one by one in various perverse and gory ways. One girl is raped with the sharp toothed penis and the mutant pecker pops through her chest like a monster out of Alien. Another guy has his face shoved up the hermaphroditic monsters vagina and he suffocates. When his head is removed from the monstrous-vag he is covered in a thick steaming slime. One guy is shot and then has a rod shoved into the bullet wound. Next he is chained to a wall and chopped to pieces. The most impressive gore scene is probably when a guy gets half decapitated. Its a god damn bloody mess.
Guts Of A Beauty isn't for everyone but for all us sickies out there who like nasty rape revenge flicks and silly monster movies this one is the answer.
