I deposited 60 dollars on a 35% no rules bonus. I'm new to playing and didn't know what games do play so I clicked on there I'm feeling lucky button that chooses the game for you. Well apparently it choose a game for me to play that is not allowed and requires you to forfeit your winnings because I ended up winning $373 and tried to cash out and my cash out got rejected due to me playing a game that I wasn't allowed to and I wouldn't even be upset about it had I chose in the game personally but I used their website there I'm feeling lucky button clicked it and they sent me to the not allowed game that has made me not be able to cash out my winnings that is so s***** it's almost like they did it on purpose I mean it shouldn't be able to choose a game for you that you're not even allowed to play it's just setting me up for failure especially when you're new to this you don't know not only that if you haven't played through your wagering requirements it'll pop up and say game not allowed but since I've played through my wagering requirements it no longer pops up and says game not allowed it just suggest not allowed game and let me play it

From reading what happened I deserve to be cashed out my winnings, wouldn't you think? I understand the restrictions that are clearly stated in the rules. The fact I used there I'm feeling lucky button, which any other time if the game is restricted a message pops up and says this game is restricted, anyways I clicked there I'm feeling lucky button and it takes me to this game and it's letting me play it and I play it and go to cash out and rejected because I played a restricted game well it's not a game I would have ever chosen myself it was only played because they recommended it took me to it I just don't see how that can be fair

My problem though is that I used a button that is available on your website your I'm feeling lucky button and it shows the restricted game for me and allowed me to play it I mean typically any other time I've used that button and a game popped up that wasn't allowed it says game restricted so why was I supposed to think this time would be any different therefore when it chose the game that it recommended for me to play and it didn't pop up that it was restricted AS IT USUALLY DOES. I just don't understand how you can void my winnings for that. Like I said had I personally choose. The game I would understand but for you guys to choose a restricted game for me and not give any warning as usually does then void my winnings. It's completely unfair

Please note that the System restriction is in place as long as the playthrough requirements of the bonus haven't been met. Once they are, the System restriction is removed.

Nonetheless, the "Feeling Lucky" button only leads to Non-Progressive slots due to the exact reason you have described. This is the default setting that is in place ever since the option was added to our website.
We cannot exclude the possibility that you have selected a restricted game by accident, but in order to be sure, we would like to ask you to share the details of the device you were using at the time since We have performed multiple tests and the option would always lead us to a random Non-Progressive slot.

I can most certainly promise you that I was taken to that game by your im feeling lucky button. And it's not the only time it's ever happened and like I said typically a message pops up that says game restricted. This time however it didn't. Im using a Motorola G and like I said I can 100% promise you and surely there's a way to check and see that your button is the reason why my winnings got forfeited. And if yall were under the impression it ONLY took you to non progressive slots than I feel as if that's an error on y'all's side and why am I having to pay for that?

I promise you your button took me to that game that made me forfeit all my winnings. Surely your system is smart enough to show that. But I can see that to y'all regardless it's my fault and I'll have to take that as a loss but hopefully for the next person's sake yall get it fixex brcsuse I can say from expiernce that winning and going to cash out then being rejected due to playing a restricted game that y'all's system house for me. Didn't feel good at all felt like I was set up for failure. I'll def not be using that button again

Does anyone have experience with Limitless Casino and verification process. With Eternal Slots and Mr. O Casino I was verified almost immediately after sending documents. With limitless it takes 3-5 days and support can't even tell me if they received those documents.
