    THATS IN LINE WITH MY PREVIOUS EMAILS REGARDING THE CASINO NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH PROMOTIONS IT OFFERS!
     
    Since the date I was emailed the promotion, my next deposit was for $666.85 and I DID REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT WAS TOLD THAT THE CASINO DOESNT DO CASHBACK!
     
    BUT MY EMAIL SHOWS OTHERWISE!
     
    AND THERES NO EXPIRATION DATE ON THE COUPON
     
    I was owed $666.85 × 150%= $1,000.27
     
    Again, I made my deposit and I reached out for the Cashback to customer support but was denied. 
     
    Here's all my proof. 
     
    And the casino is aware/was aware that I reached out to customer support. 
     
    My complain this whole time has been the casino not following through with what it promotes and here is my proof.
     
    Clearly, the casino has to come to the same conclusion.
     
    I reached out to customer support requesting the Cashback, but I was denied. 
     
    I'm still fairly new so if the email promotion told me all I had to do was reach out to customer support to receive this benefit, and then customer support tells me I am not eligible, I was shocked. I didn't know what else to do because the casino's own promotional is email stated all I had to do was reach out to customer support for the benefit.
     
    Again, there's no code listed as required to enter. Simply reach out to customer support.

    It turns out the casino did add $1,000 to my account with the casino. However, it wasn't in the form of cashback. It was a credit because the $1,000 came with a 30x playthrough requirement, playable only on Non-777 slots. The 150% cashback promo that I should have been credited with immediately when I initially asked for it had no wagering requirements. As a result, I purposely drained the balance on the account to $0 and after I did that I reached out Limitless Casino and my account with Limitless Casino has been permanently deactivated without ever being able to log in again. Fuck Limitless Casino. The fact that them bitches gave me the credit was the real win. Then to turn around and request to have my account permanently closed was priceless. Money comes and goes, but I feel like I got my self-respect back.

    The 150% promotion cashback email I received states that my deposit had no wagering requirements.

    My deposit was a clean deposit so it shouldn't have had any deposit requirements to begin with. because that's how all clean deposits are treated.

    Secondly, the fact that my deposit had no wagering requirements means that should have applied to my cashback promo of $1,000 because what if I had attached a deposit bonus with my first deposit?  Would that have meant that my playthrough requirement would have been the requirements from the coupon attached to the deposit AND the cashback requirement?

    in order for me to activate the 150% cashback promotion, I didn't need to enter a promotional code. all i had to do was reach out to customer support if i didnt win.

    Below the image of the 150% cashabck promotion, is another promotion I was emailed. Notice how that email promotion for SPARKS25 CLEARLY stated that I needed to input the code to activate the promo AND THAT THE PROMO HAD NO WAGERING AND NO MAX CASHOUT REQUIREMENTS.

    Lastly, I added another promotional email for the code PLAYFREE. Notice how complicated, yet very detailed the terms of use for that coupon are: The casino went to great lengths to clearly and very specifically explain that amount of the bonus (what a coincedence 150%) AND it had a playthrough requirement of 10x. It also listed the for how long the promotion was being offered (two days) but for the players that deposited the very same day that the promo was released, they would receive 40 free spins.

     

    The two examples of additonal Limitless Casino promotional emails offered were delivered to my inbox and sent out BEFORE THE 150% CASHBACK PROMO WAS SENT TO ME!

    That's significant because the promos I received prior, detailed how very specific and outlined and detailed Limitless Casino's promotional emails can get, yet with my 150% CASHBACK PROMO THE CASINO DID NOT PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS! I WONDER WHY????
