The player from the United Kingdom had been attempting a withdrawal for five weeks, but all attempts were rejected. The player reported having tried every available withdrawal method and having provided correspondence proof but still received no significant response or progress. The player's account was fully verified and the winnings were without bonus funds. Despite our repeated attempts to contact the casino for a resolution, the casino did not respond. The player also noticed that the only available withdrawal method was now "pix", which was only usable in Brazil. We had marked the complaint as 'unresolved' due to the casino's lack of cooperation.

For 5 weeks now I have been trying to make a withdrawal, every time this is rejected, I've sent numerous emails and tried to talk via the live chat but get no response, the winnings were not as a result of a deposit bonus, it was all from my own funds. I have been extremely polite to the staff but continue to get nowhere in taking out my funds, I have been told multiple times to wait and it will get processed but still nothing, have tried every single withdrawal feature from bank to crypto and they are rejected every time, I have attached a screenshot of all the rejected withdrawal attempts.

Could you please confirm if you passed the full KYC verification?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Have you communicated with customer support about the reason why your withdrawal requests keep getting rejected?

I have never made a successful withdrawal, I have tried to withdraw for over 4 months and have never been successful, my KYC is confirmed and verified, I have verified this twice and is still currently fully verified, my winnings are completely without bonus funds and I have tried constantly to email and live chat, I can attach the copies of all of this if needed over the past 4 weeks but end up getting no response, and no idea of if I will ever get my withdrawal, thank you for getting back to me so soon. 🙂

Thank you for inviting the casino to respond, It would be great if they did but I’m not so sure they will, I completely understand if they are a new and small casino that paying out big amounts might be tough, if that’s the case I would just like my deposits being refunded if that’s a possibility, it feels as this has been going on for ages now I would just like a resolution

I also think the casino has taken away the option for me to contact them via live chat and still no response via email, it just looks as if nothing will be resolved now, hopefully this bad faith from 7bets puts other players off.

just wanted to add an update, 7bets has now made the only available withdrawal method "pix" which can only be used in Brazil, which completely makes no sense, i have asked them to change this with no answer, i have attached a screenshot showing this, have you had any luck in a response from them via Skype? I probably know the answer to that lol.....

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but have had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.

Although 7Bets.io Casino is licensed in Costa Rica, it's unfortunate that there is basically no player protection provided by the licensing authority in Costa Rica. Since there is no avenue to file an official complaint with the licensing authority, there are no further actions that can be pursued. I can only recommend you choose casinos based on their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this.
