Summary
Lan Wangji doesn't let himself think about that summer often. There have been moments, of course. A summer like the one he had when he was nineteen can't just stay locked in a brain forever, unexamined. But he's a Lan, and the Lans are nothing if not controlled, and so he controls it. He takes it out and examines it about it as often as is appropriate, and no more.
But that isn't to say that he never thinks about it.
