Summary
“Eddie,” the priest says, leaning forward and Eddie notices that this is the first time he has called him by name. “I know we spoke about judgment and that it’s not our place. But you know the scripture as well as I do, and you know that God does judge.”
He pulls out a bible and Eddie knows what he is looking for even before he starts skipping through the pages. Leviticus 18:22, a verse that had been burned into his mind as a teenager and will haunt him until his dying day. “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination,” he quietly reads from the page that is offered to him, feeling his mouth go dry.
“Even thinking about it corrupts your morals,” the priest says. “My guess is that this is why you’ve felt so troubled recently.”
Eddie rips his gaze away from the bible, looks at the priest. He doesn’t want any of this, he doesn't want to be seen as an abomination. His voice is quiet, barely above a whisper, when he asks, “How can I make it go away?”Eddie has dedicated his life to service. Out of desperation and loneliness, he looks for a roommate. Bisexual disaster Buck Buckley enters the chat.

Summary
But no matter how much he prayed, the feeling inside him never went away. When the guilt of not being true to himself grew unbearable, he made an impossible decision: he would give himself to God in the only way he thought might make him whole.
He became a priest.
Maybe now, God would love him, too.
or
Eddie believes that becoming a priest is the only path to truly finding himself — until he meets Buck, and everything shifts from that moment on.

Summary
Chrissy yawns and idly flips through his information on the fax they sent over.
Father… Harrington sounds promising enough on paper, at least. He’s already two years into his priesthood so he should fit in fine in the neighborhood and he’ll be residing in his own apartments near the cathedral. She prays he has no difficulty actually getting to the church. Lord knows Father Wiliams (rest in peace) had an alarming amount of trouble going home after services, being 87 and all.
Father Harrington looks to be…29. Hmm, young. Even better.
//
Chrissy is a nun, Eddie is a priest, and each Christmas brings them closer than ever before.

~Erin Belieu----
Buck finds himself tempted by a man of God.
----Or; here Buck was, in a confessional, of a church, of a religion he didn’t even practice—and knew very little about—with his hand down his pants, and a priest sitting inches away on the other side of a thin dividing screen.

Summary
Buck snapped out of his thoughts when Bobby stood up. Buck looked up. "It's over… See, it wasn't that bad, was it?" Bobby said, looking at him.
"So, this is what keeps you sober?" Buck asked.
"That and the confessional..." Bobby smiled. "You should try it out; you just walk into the booth. And he comes and talks to you."
"Bobby, I don't know what I have to confess."
"It doesn't have to be anything serious." Buck looked at Bobby. "Just talking about it helps... trust me."
OR
Bobby takes Buck to church after the Plane Crash to at least help him talk about his emotions about the disaster.

Summary
Even if he believes in the universe or curses or jinxes, even if he doesn't say the Q word out loud at the station, even if he knows the words of prayers and has been to church with Bobby because he thought it might help, Buck isn't religious.
But right now, on his knees in front of Eddie, he understands the concept of worship.
