FBI因應高壓環境下特別訂立了In House Dom-Sub Policy: Sub 在工作間發生因高壓或其他可能原因而出現脫軌甚至突然Sub-Drop有兩種處理方法。第一，如果Sub有自己的Dom,上司會正式告知其Dom,並且會在考慮下要求Sub休假，第二，如果sub沒有自己的Dom,局裡會安排其單位主管上司（Dom)，作為工作上的 Dom 作出支援，訓誡，如有需要會作出體罰。但處罰需要提交報告，以避免被濫用/成為職場欺淩的工具。Sub有權亦有機制去舉報不合理體罰。
正如上述提到，高壓工作多為Dom,FBI裡75%為Dom,剩下35%為Sub。當中，有85%為FBI工作的Sub為支援類工作，只有15%的Sub為Agent。因此他們都是最優秀，亦理應心理比較強大。

With help from this stranger they managed to solve the case and a meeting was soon set up. When they met Pandora they weren't expecting a child. A brilliant, very psychologically scarred, child, but a child nonetheless.
