이것은 인스턴트 음식의 목록이다. 인스턴트 식품은 최소한의 준비만 필요로 하는 편리한 식품으로, 일반적으로 물이나 우유를 첨가할 뿐이다.[1] 일부 저자들은 "즉석" 식품은 5분 이내의 준비 시간을 필요로 하고 "초석 식품"은 1분 미만의 준비 시간을 필요로 하는 것으로 정의한다.[2] 인스턴트 식품은 종종 탈수, 냉동 건조 또는 응축된다.[3][4]
