GouRMet PotAtoes swedish apple pie

6 medium sized potatoes 1 Tbsp. minced onion 1 egg
1/4 cup butter 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 cup nuts
(can use Velveeta) 2 Tbsps. butter (on top) Pinch of salt
1/2 cup sour cream Paprika 3/4 cup granulated sugar
Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender. Cool. Peel and shred 1 tsp. vanilla
coarsely. 1 cup diced apples
Melt butter. Add cheese to butter (dont completely melt 1/2 cup flour
cheese). Blend in sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper. Fold in
potatoes.
Place in a greased 2 qt. casserole and dot with thin squares Mix all ingredients together (batter will be thick). Pour into
