Salute to Our American Heroes Planned During Pumpkin Show
A Salute to Our American Heroes will be held at noon on Sunday, Oct. 8, at the Bradford Pumpkin
Show, on the stage located at the corner of Miami Ave. and Oakwood St.
This special salute will honor all veterans, first responders, firemen, EMTs, police, the Sheriffs
Department, Highway Patrol, and the CareFlight team past and present. We salute your courage, your
*() 26 .4*-(2.- honor and, most of all, your sacrifice.
This invitation is extended to all our heroes, family, and friends who want to express their gratitude.
The program will include music, singing, a Bradford band, Jake Cline, Kyle Van Culin, Daryl Peeples,
Gary Godfrey, Dan Scalf, Glenna Curry - Director, and Greyson and Grady Trevino.
Come and join in this celebration. Let your true patriotic side show. There will be flags and special
awards, and tattoos for the kids. Put on your Red, White and Blue!
Please bring a lawn chair, as there will be limited seating.
This FREE program is sponsored by the 89th Bradford Pumpkin Show, which has chosen Bradfords
Firemen and Rescue Squad as this years Grand Marshals for the festival.
Also on October 8, before the Veterans and First Responders event, Bradford Community Club, from
