1. No oil leakage
2. The earth pit is WET, which is recommended
3. The transformer sub-station is OK

ITEM REPLACE/ADD:
1. Silica gel

RECOMMENDATION:

We recommend that 400Amps CHANGEOVER SWITCH should be installed in between


TRANSFORMER 1 AND 11, to increase the LIFESPAN of TRANSFORMER 11 since
TRANSFORMER 1 carries no load for now.

REMARKS:

The transformer is FIT for service
