Accomplishments
• AI Implementation in the company-owned content platform
Implemented an extensive industry-specific content library for engaging social media posts and SEO-friendly content to
reduce the workload, manage uniformity and brand guidelines for overseas team of writers. Recently, this initiative
became instrumental in implementing AI in our flagship drafting platform. Right from testing to devising a strategy for
promoting the tool, I was an instrumental part of the team and even took a 3-week long course to better understand AI-
generated content, prompts, its implications, and use cases. I'm glad to share that this feature is live now and is being
used by many of our end-users. The platform saw a 19% jump in the user base in just its initial launch.
• Sales Documentation Library
Facilitated global sales team at FIS with a library of special sales content in the form of product road maps, case
studies, and e-learning courses for the purpose of sales induction, training and presentation. I launched a company-wide
strategic and product-related newsletter that helped in shaping up a bigger forum within the departments.
• Simplification of Onboarding Customer Communication
At ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, as an Assistant Manager Communications, I worked on crucial customer
communication and identified the areas of improvement, implemented newer forms of communication and interactive
content, and even utilized marketing tactics to bring forth the product information and upselling in some cases, keeping
relevant information as the key and ultimately reduced customer churn in B2C channel marketing. I took on this massive
project for over 2 years and managed over 12 mass marketing campaigns on digital and offline channels. A few other
projects I implemented were multi-lingual policy kits, a website for customizable greeting cards on issuance, and an
intranet for employees to share service improvement ideas.

Volunteer Work
• Managed social media engagement for a Canada-based fashion, business, and art charity event. The buzz
around the event made it a huge success country-wide and was able to generate a year's worth of content.
• Involved in River Clean-up, a seasonal project with Vendasta to keep the South Saskatchewan River and
surrounding areas clean. The project is ongoing, and each year makes amazing impact in keeping the city clean.
