Job Description

Designation : Cluster Head - Projects


Department : Project Operations
Education Qualification : B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech - Civil
Experience : 10-15 Years of Experience
Remuneration : As per industry standards
Roles & Responsibilities :  Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and
(Professional /Technical estimate costs.
Competencies)  Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor
compliance with building and safety regulations
 Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper
construction techniques
 Preparing budgets and overseeing the financial administration
of projects
 Communicating with key stakeholders involved in the project
including external and government agencies
 Coordinate with the planning team on the development project
 Overseeing planning & Its implementation.
 Oversee and streamline billing and reconciliation processes
monthly basis
 Responsible for ensuring the structural effectiveness of the
designs for projects.
 Ensure adherence to approved structural design during
execution in coordination with execution team.
 Project Management & Supervision, Project monitoring with
daily, weekly and monthly progress review meeting with all
contractors.
 Maintain liaison with management regarding project planning
by conducting analyses and preparing reports.
 Preparation of construction schedules in coordination with site
execution/ planning team and tracking. Constantly monitoring
the expenses, activity wise, and adhering to the approved
budgets accordingly.
 Visualizing any project cost overrun by any activity at site and
taking the immediate corrective actions.
 Travel to different sites for supervision.
 To follow up on customer complaints as to take corrective and
preventive actions.
 To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy.
 To comply with all ISO standards and striving for continual
improvement.
 Should have knowledge of ERP.
 Protection of the environment by preventing pollution adopting
the robust environmental practices
 Enhancing waste minimization energy efficiency and conserve
natural resources by their responsible and efficient use in all our
operations
 Follow safe work practices and continuous improvement of its
effectiveness
 Encourage team work and organizational climate which
promotes awareness of Health, Safety and Environment to all

 Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports
 Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and
solving problems
 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and

 Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
