BUSINESS PLAN MAKING

MANAGEMENT SECTION:

-Anelyn, Nomer, Chris Ann, Genard, Angela, Jennifer, Geoff, jesslhine , and Mark
Lister will be integral members of the tanghulu business team. Anelyn and Nomer will
handle customer service and assist with production. Chris Ann and Jennifer will manage
inventory and procurement of ingredients. Angela and jesslhine will support production
and assist with quality control. Geoff, Genard and Mark Lister will be responsible for
sales and marketing activities, including coordinating promotional events and managing
social media presence.

MARKETING SECTION:

A. Product Description:
- Tanghulu is a traditional Chinese street food featuring skewered fruits coated in a
glossy sugar syrup.Our tanghulu will offer a variety of fruits, including strawberries,
grapes,and oranges, creating a visually appealing and delicious treat.

B. Price: 55 pesos
- The price range for our tanghulu will be 55 pesos per skewer. This pricing strategy
will allow us to offer a reasonable price point for customers while ensuring profitability
for the business.
C. Selling Location: Sitio Catubig, Barangay Tara
- We have chosen Sitio Catubig in Barangay Tara as the selling location for our
tanghulu business. Sitio Catubig provides easy access to the local community and a
potential customer base.

D. Promotional Activities:
- Brochure: We will design and distribute brochures that showcase our tanghulu
offerings, featuring enticing visuals, detailed product descriptions, and contact
information. The brochures will be distributed within the local community, including
nearby residential areas, schools, and community centers.
- Flash Sales and Discounts: To generate excitement and attract customers, we will
occasionally offer flash sales and discounts on specific tanghulu flavors or during special
events. These promotions will be advertised through social media, local community
notice boards, and word of mouth.

A. Capital Amount: 6,000-7,000 pesos
- The initial capital investment required to start the tanghulu business will be 6,000-
7,000 pesos. This amount will cover equipment, initial inventory, marketing expenses,
and working capital.

B. Expected Daily Sales: around 17 skewers per day, which means we make
approximately 935 pesos in revenue each day.
- Based on market research and the projected customer demand, we anticipate
achieving daily revenue in the range of 935 pesos.

C. Expected Daily Expenses: 730 pesos


- The daily expenses for running the tanghulu business will include costs for
ingredients, packaging materials, labor, rent, utilities, and marketing expenses. We
project the daily expenses to be in the range of 730 pesos.

D. Income per Day: 205 pesos


- After deducting the daily expenses from the expected daily sales, we anticipate an
income per day in the range of 205 pesos. This projected income will contribute to the
overall profitability of the business.
PRODUCTION SECTION:
A. Lay out of production area.

B. Equipment Needed:
- Skewers: We will require a sufficient number of skewers for preparing the tanghulu.
These can be bamboo or metal skewers, depending on availability and durability.
- Cooking Equipment: We will need cooking pots or pans to heat the sugar syrup used
