Bliss Mobile Bakery and fries is a food business with speciality in making breads, pastries and
fries. The proposed location for the business is Gidan-Kwano, Minna, Niger state.

2.1 Products and Services:


● We offer a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cookies, cakes,
cupcakes and fries.
● We provide custom cake design and catering services for special occasions like
birthdays, valentine, anniversaries and other occasions common in a student
community.
2.2 Target Market:
Our primary target market includes younger people (primary school pupils and
secondary school students) and FUTMinna students. We also target professionals,
families, event planners, and everybody that appreciates high-quality, freshly
prepared pastries and fries.

Our competitors are existing bakeries, individual bakers and food vendors that
make pastries. Our competitive edge lies in our use of innovation. We plan to use
mobile carts that can be driven and easily set up at places where we have high
demand. Also, our on-demand delivery service and the personal touch and
craftiness we bring to our products will give us a competitive edge over all the
existing bakers.

Gidan-Kwano presents a readily available market for pastries and fries because of
its large population of students. Market research indicates a growing demand for

website, captivating fliers and targeted online ads to reach our audience.

and available at every event organized on and around the campus. Also, notable
student influencers will be engaged for pop-up sales and promotional activities.
● In addition, the mobile deck will be equipped with speakers and audio players to
create amazing buzz that will captivate our targeted audience and pass brand
messages across while we sell.

pans.

● The estimated startup costs of Bliss Mobile Bakery and fries is eight million Naira
(₦8,000,000), This cost includes the purchase and customization of the mobile
bakery van.

6.2 Funding Requirements:


The business will be funded through personal savings and support from family
members. Also, we will explore available startup loans to help scale up the
business when the need arises.

● Costs for equipment - Purchase and customization of the mobile van is expected
to cost ₦4,000,000. Other equipment like oven, frying pans, kitchen utensils have
a budgeted cost of ₦1,500,000.
