4.1 Location and Equipment:
Since the business is a mobile business, there is no fixed location for the
business, Instead we will be strategically positioned in places with high traffic and
places densely populated with our targeted audience.
The business will operate from a customized food truck equipped with ovens,
cooling racks, and storage spaces to store raw materials, frying pans and baking
pans.
4.2 Suppliers:
● Our suppliers are local farms and market traders for fresh ingredients.
6.3 Budget:
● Costs for equipment - Purchase and customization of the mobile van is expected
to cost ₦4,000,000. Other equipment like oven, frying pans, kitchen utensils have
a budgeted cost of ₦1,500,000.
● Ingredients - Ingredients and other raw materials have a budget of ₦500,000
● Marketing and advertising - Brand awareness and advertising has a budgeted cost
of ₦500,000
● Operating expenses - Operational budget is set at ₦1,500,000
