EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In this world there are lot of food snacks, but among of all those food snacks we choose to innovate our
own product entitled Papaya Fries. It will be sold at the Barangay Remus. As an alternative to the
people's cheesy delicacy snack, our main goal is to serve to the people in the Barangay Remus by
offering a healthy snack at affordable price.

Our main is to establish one outlet in a crowded area, preferably in of prominent yet sophisticated are
here in Baggao .Later our effort will be a further development of more retail outlet in the Philippines or
also in the other countries. It also aims to be the leading producer and provider of nutritious, cancer-
free and affordable product.

The management and operation of Papaya Fries starts from inventory and estimation of the volume of
each product to be produce daily. Second is purchasing of the ingredients and raw materials needed to
complete the preparation of the product. Third are production, packaging, and freezing of some
products. Of course, the management ensures safely and sanitation of its business structures and
cleanliness of the product itself.

INTRODUCTION

Though there are different kinds of food sold in the Barangay Remus for snack, there is still a possible
demand for another kind of foods that is healthy, tasty, and affordable which is not yet sold at barangay
Remus. The proponent thought of selling papaya fries because these are naturally inexpensive and are
always available in the local market.
The raising of revenues will likely be by personal selling. The product should be attractive enough and
should fit the food preference of the target market. In that way there will be an increase in the number
of the costumers, the cost of the product includes raw papaya and the ingredients for making the
products and the needed materials for packaging.

THE PROPONENT

The business proponent are currently in Grade -12 and are graduating students of Baggao National
agricultural school Sta. Margarita Annex. They are enrolled under the Technical Vocational and
Livelihood (TVL) Strand.

CRISHELIE VILLEGAS. She is hard working and positive who always strives to achieves the highest
standard possible at any given task.
SUNSHINE SAMBO. she is a happy person and hard working. She is a good advicer and can lighten your
mood.

OBJECTIVES

Papaya fries is in the snack production industry to service à wide of client and of course to make profits,
which is why we will ensure we go all the way to make available a wide varieties of papaya fries and
snacks in our outlets always. To test our business, we should also focus on the objective of our business
to easily gain the trust of our customers. These are the objectives of our business.

THE PRODUCT

Papaya Fries is an invented and new kind of fries snack. This fries comfort food is a perfect food souvenir
for kids and

also a delicious snack for adults and students like us. This is far better than junk foods we usually buy for
snack. Not only have this product satisfied your hunger with its perfect taste but also enrich you with
fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C. Papaya are also good for your eye sight boost brain functions, and help in
weight loss. This product consists of: Cornstarch and All- purpose flour- use for coating the main
ingredient, Salt and Black Pepper- its serves as tasting of the product and cheese powder- help to
enhance more the taste of the snack. Lastly, our main ingredient is the raw papaya.

The target respondents are the people of Barangay Remus. We will introduce our business to our fellow
Ka-barangay's by serving then our product and giving them the satisfaction that they want. In case our
business will be successful inside our barangay. We plan to expand our business in other communities.

MARKETING MIX

PRODUCT- The unique characteristics of "Papaya Fries" are their traditional strips shape and the method
is frying in hot cooking 011.

PROMOTION- We can make our product a hit by promoting our product by giving free samples and
flyers for the discount.

PRICE- Affordable and have benefits.

PLACE-Our business is located at Barangay Remus.

COMPETITION
We can include our fellow student as indirect competitors who also sell their own product such as coco
taro roll, crispy cassava monggo balls, sili nuggets, eggplant fish ball, potato yema, puto-bingka, siopao
de- relyenongbangus, banana cheese ball, and banana churos, Ube bukoturonand etc.

FINANCIAL PLAN

By preparing two or more on our product it will help us for starting our sale because we all know that
the more we sell the more earn. We are planning to promote our product to our Ka- barangay's so our
target market will grow so that we can produce and sell more of our product.

IMPLEMENTATION

In implementing this small business, first, we need to ask the school head, Sir Bonifacio R. Duldulao, in
order to be legally operating business in our school. Upon signing the permission letter we will start
immediately the business.

The business will be conducted and operated at Barangay Remus Baggao Cagayan starting on November
07, to November 24,

2022.
