I am delighted to invite you to become our client.
This Agreement sets out the services we will provide for you, together with our terms and conditions.

Our services and commitment to you:


Once you have agreed to become our client, Migration Trust will provide further detailed consultation and
advocacy services on your case.
Using the Migration Trust case management system, our highly qualified and accredited case manager will
ensure you receive the most accurate advice to prepare your case and the accompanying documentation for
submission. The process usually works as follows (although since we treat each case on its individual basis,
there may be some minor variations):
 Assessment of your immigration eligibility totally for free by offering professional immigration ratings
and assessing your qualifications according to immigration standards.
 Replying to all your inquiries with the assistance of our immigration law firm.
 Facilitation of your application processing in and determine which category suits you best Submission
of your application on your behalf to proper authorities.
 Communicate with all immigration visa offices around the world.
 Prepare you psychologically and physically for your personal immigration interview and finally track
your application until its issuance and approval.
 Provide you with aid and assistance from the Migration Trust network. Aggressive assistance with your
immigration problems and rejections that may be a result of application refusal or caused by criminal
background, medical issues and long delays.
 Support and assist in your settlement with our unique job allocating network and our employment
sources, prepare you for your arrival at port of entries, your residency responsibilities and obligations
and advise you overall about any Citizenship.

Our Responsibilities to Each Other:
In relation to these services:
 We cannot be responsible for the quality of the documents you provide to the authorities, although we
will advise you of any potential issues or corrections that needs to take place in the documentation you
upload onto our case management system.

 If you are unable to send us documents electronically, we will advise you on how to send them to your
local Migration Trust office for review.

 As our client it is your responsibility to declare any facts which may adversely affect your case via an
email prior to engaging our services. We are only able to assess the success of your case based on the
case history provided. We can guarantee as an independent immigration legal services registered
company we never disclose your details to a third party and all communication remains strictly
confidential.

 Immigration laws and policies are updated and amended very regularly. The advice we offer during our
consultation process can only be regarded as current and valid for the time at which it is given. We
cannot be held responsible for changes in immigration policy or law which may affect your case as
your application progresses -although we will always seek to advocate and push forward your case as
strongly as possible.

 We will always work with you to find an alternative solution if you advise us of any potential
difficulties in sourcing these documents in advance of this deadline.

 Migration Trust can offer guarantees on the approximate time taken to process your application
according to our assessment through your documents submitted to us and once the case has been
submitted to the relevant government authority.

 Should the quality of our service, including accuracy of the advice we have provided, prove to be
inadequate or incorrect, we will provide a full refund of the fees charged to date (for more information
see ‘Refund Policy’ below).

 If you decide to withdraw from the process for any reason then you agree to or default from your side the
charges according to the progress that has been taken up to date against your case

Our Fees: The total fees for providing the services outlined above are AED:
Please note that this amount is exclusive of any 3rd party or Government fees and is subject to tax where applicable.
The fee covers:
 Consultancy, advice from your qualified immigration consultant and expert Case Manager.
 An accurate case reviews
 A comprehensive report on your immigration options and solutions
 An exact detailed list of the documents you may require to support your case and detailed definitions of
these documents to help on getting your case approved
 Access to our relocation support services

Additionally, for no additional charge, we are more than happy to assist you with.
 Reviewing the documentation provided to us via our internal case management system
 Assisting in the preparation of the application forms to lodge the case online or via post
 Liaison with the Authorities on your behalf to address any questions they may have when appropriate.
Total Migration Trust Services Fee
Total MIGRATION TRUST Fee: AED 6,000/- plus 5% VAT

1st Installment Payment: AED 3,150 on or before March 31, 2023 (upon signing the legal agreement)
2nd Installment Payment: AED 3,150 (after issuing working visa)

Defaulting on your payment plan:


Any failure to adhere to the agreed payment plan will result of freezing of your case. We do NOT charge
interest on the outstanding balance. If your payment is overdue for 7 days without informing MIGRATION
TRUST, A fine of AED 1,000 will be applicable. If your payment is overdue for 30 days without informing
MIGRATION TRUST, your file will be closed or suspended without further notice and you will not be entitled
for any refund at this point.

Refund policy:

 In the event that the Client chooses to terminate this agreement after their application
has been submitted to the agency/department, both parties agrees that professional
fees, administrative / file storage / document processing costs, any fees paid for
attestation, courier or translation fees are non-refundable.

 If your case gets rejected or gets negative assessment due to your submission of
incorrect documents / information, non-recognized educational credentials, fails to
provide required linguistic score, inaccurate information, voluntarily withdrawal of
the case and fake /fabricated documentation and information, there will be no refund.
 MIGRATION TRUST has no authority over the decision of the evaluation and
verification bodies of New Zealand such as IQA. and in case of negative assessment
outcome or refusal due to the work done by the MIGRATION TRUST, a 100%
refund of the paid amount to MIGRATION TRUST will be granted.

Ending this agreement:

We will automatically end this agreement if any circumstances arise that are beyond our or your control, and
stop us or you from carrying out any of our or your responsibilities.
You are entitled to cancel this agreement at any time without charge up to the point where we have provided a
detailed consultation, advocacy services.
After this time, in line with the best practice and the OFT’s Distance Selling Regulations and International
standards our services are deemed to have been provided and our fees are payable in full.
If for any reason, the Service is interrupted or terminated prior to completion (but after commencement), you
agree to pay a fee for services actually rendered plus associated costs for work performed by a Client Case
Manager.

Service Quality:
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our services. If you have any questions or complaints,
please contact your case manager within as soon as possible and we promise that we will respond on the same
business day,

Accepting this agreement:

In line with UAE Laws and Regulations and International Laws, you have accepted this agreement once you pay
your deposit/retainer and act in line with the conditions herein.
This agreement is issued and is legally binding in the country in which you live and to which you wish to
relocate. In accepting the agreement, you agree to be bound by it in all jurisdictions, including USA, Canada,
Australia, New Zealand, Germany and Denmark.

The duties and obligations of both the parties towards the other party and / or to any third party are limited to
the terms and conditions of this agreement only.

Both Parties to this agreement hereby declare that they have read and completely understood the above-
mentioned terms and conditions of this Agreement and make sure to comply and obey them.
