1. What Significant idea or concepts have you learned about action research?
- I learned that online learning means education that uses Internet technology. It has changed the concept
of traditional education within the last few years, by creating education flexibility without being limited by
distance, space, and time. It may be identified as a significant factor that can either encourage or hinder
student and professor usage of e-learning. Online learning also reduces cost without reducing the quality of
learning. For these reasons, professors are expected to be more facilitators, collaborators, mentors, trainers,
directors, and study partners and provide choices and greater accountability for students to learn.
2. Have you realized that there is a need to be an action researcher as a future teacher?
- I realized that from the experiences because of Emergency remote education a temporary shift in the
delivery of education to an alternative mode of delivery, due to crisis circumstances of pandemic. It aims to
investigate the limitations of e-learning platforms and how these activities take place at public and private
schools. In online learning, the latest technology needs to be used to enhance the learning process and
interactions between professors, students, and technicians. So as student in FS this helps us to be aware of
the problems encountered by the teachers and show us to properly resolved the problems. The topics and
the validity as well as the most recent events that might affect education.
Observe: Assessing Distance Learning in elementary students during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Reflect: Use of Platforms - To get a clear idea about the use of different platforms, use of different platforms like google
classroom, google meet etc.
Materials Used- The materials used to provide the distance courses like modular learning.
Plan: This research will survey students and interview professors enrolled in different elementary school on private and
public of education programs.
Act: The Effectiveness of Modular Assessment to The Elementary Pupils Age 4 to 8 Years Old
