Course Description
This capstone course integrates business functional areas that students have learnt in their
earlier semesters essentials in diagnosing business situations from a strategic point of view.
The course starts with an overview of the strategic management process. As the semester
progress, students will learn in details issues relating to the external and internal environment
of a business, mission statement, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy
evaluation and control. The course allows students to develop logical thinking, decision-
making and leadership skills critical for their business or professional careers.
