ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN SCHOOL-BASED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY
CALENDAR YEAR 2020

Reports are undeniably essential and important, whether in a business sense and even the
school most specially. Accomplishment report, as how Task Management Guide would define
it, is a carefully prepared status report that details an overview of what was achieved in a
specified period of time. How far have you gone with those planned programs/projects.

For the 1 st semester of 2020, implementation plans were affected by the declaration of the
Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) which started in mid-March brought about by the
COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, budget for the projects were recalibrated and work plans were
adjusted /revised.

Despite this unforeseen crisis, most projects still managed to achieve and even exceeded
some of our targets and pushed through with some activities that entail public engagements
through the utilization of social media and creation / application of virtual / online platforms.
To ensure the unhampered distribution of supplies use for Blended Learning, the school has
expedited the release of several materials and equipment.

Certain recommendations were made and followed to progress the accountability and
continuous improvement. To demonstrate accountability, the school needs to put in place the
following mechanisms:

1. Quality Assurance Mechanism – this is a process-driven approach with specific steps

that help define and attain goals. Measures are taken to ensure that each a ction is done
properly, so that quality results are obtained at the end.

These measures include:

• Systems and processes for implementation,
• Self-review mechanisms at each performance level, and
• Feedback mechanisms between performance levels among internal stakeholders,
and between and among internal and external stakeholders.

2. Monitoring and evaluation (of progress, results, outputs, and outcomes, that
includes)
• Internal monitoring and periodic evaluation
• External evaluation, and
• Remedial Mechanisms
