A.

As a reflection to the crafting of your lesson plan and the instructional material,
arrange your level of competence in the TPACK model from the highest to lowest.
Discuss your reason briefly.
Answer:
 TK – CK – PK
 Based on the TPACK model my highest level of competence is the
technological knowledge because I utilize technology in making my lesson
and instructional materials, and I integrated the use of technology and
other software that the students would use in accomplishing an activity.
Next to that is content knowledge because even if the new curriculum
states that it is already student-centered I insure that I am aware and
knowledgeable with my lessons so that I would add up some comments
and other information with their outputs and presentation. With that,
pedagogical knowledge is my lowest level of competence because I did
not integrated various teaching methods but still made sure that there is
a good classroom management and the role of the students is clearly
identified.

B. Analyze your material based on the cone of learning by emphasizing the theories
within the framework.
Answer:
 I will be utilizing laptop and television during the discussion. In my
presentation there are pictures that will be shown wherein through what
they could see they will be able to process and analyze the topic that we
will be focusing about. The material also consists of visual and verbal
symbols for the other information and the instructions of the various
tasks.

C. Discuss the specific elements of your material based on Hienich’s Visual Principles.
Answer:
 The powerpoint presentation I made has a theme of a minimalist design. I
only focused with two colors – black and white, since the topic was in
connection to the World War. Consequently, I utilized realistic pictures,
ensured that the font styles and size are visible to all the students, and
for its directional I applied the bullets and bold type. There is also an
organizational chart that will also be used for a particular activity.

D. How will you apply the TIP model in the implementation of your lesson?
Answer:
 In the beginning of the discussion it is necessary to inform the students of
the objectives. Also, to check all the materials that I will be using are
complete has been set up. Then after that, I will proceed on motivating
the students to participate and giving primary activities that will lead to
the proper discussion and presentation of their outputs in the various
tasks that will be given.

E. Based on your lesson plan, at which level are you in the SAMR model?
Answer:
 I am at the Augmentation level of SAMR model, wherein technology acts
as a substitute to the traditional way of reporting and making a poster.
Then, as a result there output was still about having a presentation and
making a poster but it has improved in a different way.

F. Given the activities you have prepared in you lesson, what level of technology
integration and characteristics of learning environment is your class? Justify.
Answer:
 Adaptation Level, because I instructed the students to utilize the software
powerpoint in presenting their first activity and also to use canva
software or application in making a digital poster. With tha, given the
restricted softwares or applications to use they are free to explore and
discover techniques in using such. It is on the students to put and learn
new ways to improve their output within the aforementioned softwares.
 Active Learning, because the students themselves are working and
actively engaged in using the technology tools to accomplish the said
activities and at the same time they are learning something from it.

G. What roles did Pedagogy wheel and Bloom’s digital taxonomy play in writing your
lesson plan?
Answer:
 Those models helped me in constructing my lesson plan because as a
teacher I need to be able to identify the right objectives in my lesson and
the target learning outcomes. Also, it enable me to understand the
various level of thinking and competency and how to handle the
classroom setting.

H. Compare and contrast the ASSURE model to the lesson plan you have written for
the course.
Answer:
 In creating my lesson plan I considered first the students’ level and their
learning capabilities. Through the curriculum guide I have identified the
learning objectives and integrated various activities that will match to the
learning objectives and be able to attain the target learning outcome.
Since the new curriculum is already student-centered, the activities that I
have set requires great participation from the students but they are
restricted with the tools or materials to use in making the tasks.
Furthermore, there will be a short quiz that will be administered to the
class. The participation and answers of the students to the activities will
serve as the basis in evaluating the lesson. Thus, my output or the lesson
plan observed some of the principles of ASSURE model.

I. Is your lesson plan adhering to Gagne’s Nine Events of instruction? Why?

Answer:
 Yes, because the lesson procedure starts with getting the attention of the
students through greeting, checking of attendance, and followed by
informing them the learning objectives. After that, there are pictures that
will flash in the presentation and the students will be asked for their idea
about it wherein they could use their prior knowledge and would connect
or lead to presenting the new topic. Afterwards, the discussion goes on
with various activities that will enhance the skills and learning of the
students. Then, the teacher will give additional information and feedback
for their outputs. Also, they will be graded in every tasks and there will be
a written test at the end of the lesson.
