suppliers/contractors with their packages and cost which is flexible to suit your
working budget. MAGNIFIC EVENTS hope to be able to service you, and if that

Arrangements and services that will be provided by the event planner and organizer:
Location or venue for the event
Catering services for food and beverage and utensils
Venue decorations and accessories
Seat planning and organizing
Sounds and lights
Photo and video coverage of the entire event
Host and entertainment
Printed materials (invitations, programs, tarpaulin)
Souvenirs and giveaways
Cake and desserts
Coordination fee is equivalent to 15% of the allotted budget for the event.
Client must pay a 50% partial payment, which will be used for reservation
fees/down payments for the event suppliers, after the presentation of budget
proposal/budget summary and the full payment must be paid/completed a month before
the said event.
There will also be an additional 10% of the total allotted budget, which will be
used as a contingency fund for unexpected expenses during the event, and it must be
given a week before the event together with the full payment. If the contingency fund
has not been used or fully utilized, the remaining balance will be divided equally to the
event’s team as their incentive. All expenses incurred before, during and after the event
will be presented with receipts or any proof of payment.
