Lanolips Rose Gold 101 Ointment - $23 - a 98.7% natural multipurpose balm with rose-gold pigment for hydrated, dewy rush of natural-looking flush that mimics the effect of blood rushing to the lips and cheeks and containing pure lanolin for natural moisture.

The colour is lovely - a pinkish red with a subtle shimmer that isn't glittery and they don't skimp on the pigmentation so if you're fair, go easy on the cheeks or you could end up with a lot more colour then you want!

The time of year when your skin most needs the pop of colour that blush brings it is also the same  time when powder blush tends to look the worst on dry winter skin! No worries, switch over to a cream blush for a creamy flush and a bit of moisture - this is my particular favourite:

As you summer tan fades you'll need something to add healthy glow to your skin - and nothing does it better then blush! I prefer a cream to a powder blush for adding radiance - liquid blush adds a dewiness that you just don't get with other formats - no brush required, just dab on and blend with your fingers!
