ODDSworks Get Ontario Gaming License

This week it was revealed that the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has granted game developers ODDSworks an online gaming licence in the province.

The move will see ODDSworks expanding its Canadian online presence, as the company is already offering services in Quebec through Loto Quebec. It also has plans to go live with the British Columbia Lottery Corporation later this year. The group has been working in the US-regulated market, providing casinos with titles in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

"This is another momentous growth opportunity for ODDSworks in Canada," said ODDSworks Chief Operations Officer Kunal Mishra. "We are really excited that licensed operators in Ontario will have full access to ODDSworks' portfolio of games. We are also confident that online players in Ontario will absolutely love the quality, variety, and innovation from ODDSworks."

ODDSworks is based out of Chicago, Illinois, and it provides both online games as well as land-based slots, video poker games, and scratch-off products.

At press time we currently don't know who ODDSworks will be providing games to, or the timeline for their distribution.
