Renzaprid je gastroprokinetički agens i antiemetik koji deluje kao pun 5-HT₄ pun agonist i 5-HT₃ antagonist.^[5]^[6] On takođe funkcioniše kao 5-HT_2B antagonist i ima isti afinitet za 5-HT_2A i 5-HT_2C receptore, mada je malo verovatno da oni doprinose njegovom terapeutskom dejstvu.^[5]
