Abstract

The present invention relates to a platform that combines e-commerce platforms with people who have the power to reach large follower masses and known as influencers in social media, and e-commerce platforms on a single platform. The present invention ensures e-commerce platforms to increase turnover rates, minimize digital marketing investment, and create automated and sustainable collaborations with its revenue partnership model. The present invention ensures influencers to generate sustainable income in a fully automated and transparent structure, to earn as much as sales, and to establish long-term new generation business partnerships with a win-win model.

Description

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED E-COMMERCE AND SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYTICS PLATFORM
Technological Field
The present invention relates to a quick, transparent and automated revenuegenerating platform that combines e-commerce platforms with people who have the power to reach large follower masses and known as influencers in social media, and e- commerce platforms on a single platform.
The present invention provides income in a quick, transparent and automated structure with its revenue partnership mode by automating influencer marketing with a new generation marketing approach and artificial intelligence-based solutions.
State of the Art:
Many social media platforms have been established and their use has become widespread due to technological developments and the widespread use of the internet. Today, the social media platform, which has an indispensable importance in human life, is used on one hand as a means of providing social communication for some people, on the other hand as a source of income and advertising for others. Business companies can establish a business relationship with people who are called influencers in social media, which can be translated into Turkish as “influencing people", who influence the target masses by becoming popular. Influencers advertise commercial businesses, products or services to people. The present invention, which is the subject of the specification, relates to a system that integrates these two structures into a single platform so as to establish business partnerships between influencer and e- commerce businesses.
Today, it is observed that social media has become the most important marketing tool. Research shows that 75% of people take social media platforms as a reference in their transactions such as buying selling and investment. In the US patent document numbered US10733667 (B1) encountered during the literature research made, a system for analyzing social media user types is disclosed. A method that aims to detect and increase the interaction amount of platforms is disclosed in this system. However, a structure that combines the e-commerce platforms and the followers of the influencer on a single platform has not been found in the mentioned document.
As a result, a platform that hosts influencers and e-commerce businesses together in its structure, battery is required in which the state of the art is exceeded, the disadvantages are eliminated.
Brief Description of the Invention:
The present invention is a platform that hosts influencers and e-commerce businesses together in its structure, is required in which the state of the art is exceeded, the disadvantages are eliminated.
The main aim of the invention is to provide a platform that combines e-commerce platforms with people who have the power to reach large follower masses and known as influencers in social media, and e-commerce platforms on a single platform.
The inventive platform;
• Brings together influencers and e-commerce sites on a single platform.
• Provides regular and sustainable income.
• Presents a transparent and automated income system.
• Provides long-term business partnership.
• E-commerce sites can easily access the effective influencer pool and increase their sales and interaction with their cooperation.

• It eliminates agencies, intermediaries, and enables companies and influencers to establish a refined and optimum cooperation.
• It offers behavioral analysis with a new generation affiliate marketing approach and increases the income of companies and influencers.

• Digital product modeling: E-commerce sites on the platform can send the modeled product to Influencers digitally by modeling their products in 3D with augmented reality (AR) technology. 3D modeled products sent to influencers can be shared by influencers on social media channels and can offer digital product experience.

Description of the Invention:
In this detailed description, the inventive platform is described by means of examples only for clarifying the subject matter such that no limiting effect is created. The present specification describes a platform that combines e-commerce platforms with people who have the power to reach large follower masses and known as influencers in social media, and e-commerce platforms on a single platform.
The inventive platform is a new generation affiliate marketing platform that brings together influencers and e-commerce sites in a single platform and allows cooperation between each other, thus provides a long-term, sustainable, transparent and automated revenue partnership. An important new generation affiliate marketing in which nano, micro, macro and mega influencers around the world come together to develop cooperation with e-commerce sites and to obtain long-term, sustainable, transparent and automated revenue partnership, can be performed with the inventive platform.
Influencers can participate in the campaigns of e-commerce sites by opening an account without any charge and determining the categories they will work with e- commerce sites in the inventive platform. E-commerce sites can become a member of the platform without paying an initial fee and by determining the categories they will work with influencers; they can create campaigns specific to their products and publish these campaigns on the platform. Thus, influencers receive commission income at the rate determined by the e-commerce site for every sale they made to the e-commerce site by participating in and sharing the campaigns they want, without any conditions. All these processes are encrypted by the platform with "DES (Data Encryption Standard)”, APIs can be tracked with special intermediate scripts or analytical codes.
The shares made by influencers on the platform and the click traffic from the shares to e-commerce sites are tracked with "analytical tracking codes". As a result of this tracking, the level of sales in clicks, the day and time interval, which products are purchased and the amount of shopping are tracked separately according to influencers and e-commerce sites. All information obtained from analytical tracking codes is transferred to the platform database instantly and simultaneously. The transferred data is shown with all statistical results separately with graphics in the influencer management panel, e-commerce site management panel and admin management panel. The sales obtained after the clicks from the shares made by the influencers on the inventive platform are encrypted according to the "DES (Data Encryption Standard)" according to the e-commerce site name and the influencer user name. Therefore, the confidentiality of the data is protected and each sale from the clicks is singularized, possible confusions are eliminated.
The inventive platform sees the details such as the number of sales and turnover it generates statistically by integrating with the e-commerce infrastructures of e- commerce business partners with APIs, special intermediate scripts or analytical codes, accessing all sales made on the business partner's CRM system and site and statistically offers marketing suggestions that will increase the sales capacity of the business partner. The platform performs all these processes in compliance with all legal norms such as GDPR, KVKK, PIPEDA, PDPL. It performs security penetration tests and encrypts and processes the data before extracting the data.
The platform offers a special CMS management panel to influencers, e-commerce sites and NGOs through its platform. Influencers, e-commerce sites and NGOs can control all transactions simultaneously, instantly and transparently from the panel given to them. The platform encrypts each user's IP address and device MAC address and uses a firewall so as to protect only relevant users' access to the panels. It encrypts IP and MAC numbers and gives special access to these numbers. Therefore, it protects the confidentiality of the data in depth.
Platform by controlling the entire sales process end-to-end with platform, APIs, special intermediate scripts or analytical codes, has the ability to detect the customer who purchased from an e-commerce site in the system for the first time through the platform, and the customers who purchased from the e-commerce site in the system previously with the abovementioned methods. The platform monitors the entire process from the first purchasing and purchasing phase of the customer to the last purchasing phase and delivers commissions without any problems with these tracking methods.
The platform makes smart collaboration matching so that influencers and e-commerce sites can get maximum efficiency from each other due to the fact that it uses core metrics of the artificial intelligence such as data analytics, NLP, machine learning, deep learning and image processing. One of the technological infrastructures that are used in the platform is artificial intelligence-based data science analytics and machine learning. The movements of influencers and e-commerce sites in social media channels, the behaviors of followers are analyzed and the data obtained are used by making them meaningful at many points with this method. The level of interaction and sales performance can be calculated statistically by predicting the possible behaviors of influencers before sharing by using advanced technologies supported by data science and machine learning artificial intelligence in the software infrastructure of the inventive platform. E- commerce sites can periodically see what level of interaction and access they will receive from the shares to be made by obtaining data and using machine learning and predictive analytics, and can manage influencer marketing strategies accordingly.
The platform can manage business processes with these models by creating e- commerce sites prediction models with data science and machine learning in its infrastructure and can predict the future better and create more profitable decisionmaking processes. Influencer segmentation (Nano, Micro, Macro, Mega), interaction and access performance detection, shopping cart analysis can be performed by means of the data science and machine learning methods.
Social media analysis is performed on the inventive platform. This feature can turn social media interactions into actionable marketing intelligence. It can monitor, analyze and summarize social media interactions to identify communities of interest for use in marketing campaigns. The results can provide applicable marketing intelligence for cross-sales and increased sales. Social key performance indicators (KPIs) can be planned over the platform and the results of the campaigns can be compared with the KPIs. The following metrics are used so as to measure interaction metrics;

• Comments and Answers
• Clicks on Content and Links
• Number of Access
Image processing methods are used in the invention. Many insights are reached for marketing activities with the image processing studies to be carried out on the social media channels of the influencers participating in the platform. The things that can be done with image processing are listed below;
• Content type detection
• Object recognition
• Object tracking and counting
• Finding similarity
• Mood detection
NLP technique is used in the inventive platform. The concept of "Natural Language Processing", known as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), is a concept that has emerged as a combination of linguistics and artificial intelligence. The comments made under the campaign post shares in the platform infrastructure are analyzed with the Turkish Natural Language Processing NLP library. As a result of content analysis;
• Comments can be identified as positive, negative or neutral.
• The moods in the comments can be detected.
In Figure 1 , the schematic view of the inventive platform is given. The scheme of the invention has been fit into 2 pages so as to be legible. First of all, e-commerce sites prepare the campaign posts and send them to the pool that Influencers can access in the invention (1). Influencer selects an X post he/she wants to share from this pool (2) and then shares the post. (3) After the influencer shares the post, the follower who sees the influencer's post clicks on the link in the post. (4)
After the influencer shares the post (3), the platform follows the account to which the post is shared with "APIs and analytical codes” in the invention (3.1) While tracking the account with APIs and analytical codes (3.1), accesses, interactions and comments (3.1.1) and the movements and visual contents of the account where the sharing is made are collected with APIs and analytical codes (3.1.2). Then, the platform puts the data it collects into the process of NLP, machine learning, deep learning and image processing with the artificial intelligence (3.2) and the platform passes all data through data analytics and social media analytics with artificial intelligence (3.3). Afterwards, the platform makes statistical graphs by making sense of the data and presents guiding content (3.4). The results after the interpreted data (3.4.1) are listed below;

After the follower who sees the influencer's post in the invention clicks on the link in the post (4), the click action is reported to the platform and the clicked link is tagged and encrypted on the platform (4.1). The user is directed to the e-commerce site with the tagged and encrypted link (4.2). The user is shopping on the e-commerce site (4.3) and after shopping, the information of the user is checked from the CRM of the e-commerce site. (4.4) If the user's information is in the CRM, commission is paid for the shopping made (4.4.1), the user is not included in the prospective income pool and is not tracked (4.4.1.1). If the user's information is not in the CRM, it is included in the platform's repository and a commission is paid at the determined rate for the shopping made (4.4.2). Then, the user is followed in the prospective income pool. (4.4.2.1)
E-commerce platforms with people who have the power to reach large follower masses and known as influencers in social media, and e-commerce platforms are combined on a single platform with the present invention.

Claims

1- A platform that combines e-commerce platforms with people who have the power to reach large follower masses and known as influencers in social media, and e- commerce platforms on a single platform, characterized by the following;
• platform’s following the account to which the post is shared with "APIs and analytical codes after the influencer shares the post (3) (3.1),
• platform’s putting the collected data into NLP, machine learning, deep learning and image processing with artificial intelligence (3.2),
• platform’s filtering all data through data analytics and social media analytics with artificial intelligence (3.3).
2- A platform according to claim 1 , characterized in that; accesses, interactions and comments are collected with APIs and analytical codes (3.1.1) while tracking the account with APIs and analytical codes (3.1),
3- A platform according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the movements and visual content of the account that the sharing is made are gathered with APIs (3.1.2).
4- A platform according to claim 1, characterized in that; platform interprets the data, produces statistical graphs and offers guiding content (3.4).
5- A platform according to claim 1 , characterized in that; after the follower clicks on the link in the post (4), the click action is notified to the platform and the clicked link is tagged and encrypted on the platform (4.1).
6- A platform according to claim 1, characterized in that; after redirecting the user to the e-commerce site with the tagged and encrypted link (4.2), user’s shopping from the e-commerce site (4.3) and the user information after shopping are checked from the e- commerce site CRM (4.4).
7- A platform according to claim 6, characterized in that; if the user's information is available in the CRM, commission is paid for the shopping done (4.4.1) and the user is not included in the prospective income pool and is not tracked (4.4.1.1). 8- A platform according to claim 6, characterized in that; if the user's information is not available in the CRM, the user is included in the platform's pool and a commission at the rate determined for the shopping made is paid (4.4.2) and the user is tracked in the prospective income pool (4.4.2.1).
