Abstract
Description
以上説明したように、本実施形態のインバータ1が備えるLEDインジケータ4によれば、特に操作を行わずとも、また暗室内、または遠距離からでも使用者が各表示部31,32,33の点灯状態を目視でき、インバータ1を含む産業機械の制御状態を簡易かつ直感的に確認できる。また、特に図示しないが、例えばインバータ1が複数個並んで設置されている場合には、それぞれの機能、役割を使用者が把握した上で各表示部31,32,33の点灯状態をまとめて一覧することで、産業機械全体における各アクチュエータの協調制御状態を直感的に確認することもできる。この結果、産業機械の制御状態を簡易に確認することができる。
なお、開示の実施形態は、上記に限られるものではなく、その趣旨及び技術的思想を逸脱しない範囲内で種々の変形が可能である。以下、そのような変形例を説明する。
LEDインジケータ4における各表示部31,32,33の点灯状態とその表示内容の対応関係については、上記図5に示した例に限られず、使用者が任意に(プログラマブルに)設定できるようにしてもよい。例えば、本実施形態のようにモータを駆動制御するインバータ1に対して上記円環状配置のLEDインジケータ4を適用した場合には、その円環状の外観的特徴を生かしてモータの回転制御状態を視覚的(感覚的)に表示させてもよい。
LEDインジケータ4の各表示部31,32,33の表示は、適用する産業機械(インバータ1)の内部制御状態だけでなく、外部との通信状態、特にWi-Fi(登録商標)やBluetooth(登録商標)などの無線通信を介した通信状態を表示してもよい。例えば図7に示すように、多数のインバータ1が並設されている環境で、使用者がスマートフォンやタブレットなどの携帯端末41(操作端末)から無線通信を介して特定のインバータ1に対し指令を送信した際に、いずれのインバータ1が実際に指令を受信したかを目視で確認したい場合がある。このとき、実際に指令を受信したインバータ1がLEDインジケータ4でその受信状態を表示することで、使用者はそのインバータ1を明確に視認できる。
上記実施形態では、LEDインジケータ4がインバータ1と一体に構成されていたが、これに限られない。例えば、図8に示すように、LEDインジケータ4Aそのものをインバータ1Aの本体から分離独立できるよう着脱可能な構成としてもよい。なお、図示する例ではインバータ1AとLEDインジケータ4Aを有線で接続して表示制御信号を送受させているが、他にも無線通信を介して表示制御信号を送受信させてもよい。これにより、例えば産業機械におけるインバータ1Aなどの各部の配置はそのままで、LEDインジケータ4Aのみを使用者通路の付近に見やすく配置できるなど、レイアウトの自由度が向上する。
上記実施形態又は上記変形例以外にも、多様な変形が可能である。例えば、通常の作動以外の保守点検に関する内部状態について、LEDインジケータ4に所定の点灯状態で表示させてもよい。例として、特に図示しないが、インバータの保守点検時にサービスセンターとの電話応答が容易に行えるよう、LEDインジケータ4に当該インバータの内部状態を簡易に表示させてもよい。

- 産業機械に係わる状態に応じた表示制御信号を入力する入力部と、
前記入力部により入力された前記表示制御信号に基づき、前記産業機械の状態に対応した点灯状態で表示する表示部と、
を有することを特徴とする産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記表示部は光源としてLEDを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記表示部は複数設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 複数の前記表示部は、
全体として、略円環状に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 複数の前記表示部は、
それぞれ部分円弧状の形状を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 複数の前記表示部は、
前記略円環状形状のうち一方側の半円環を全体として構成する2つの表示部と、
前記略円環状形状のうち他方側の半円環を全体として構成する1つの表示部と、

ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 複数の前記表示部のうち隣接するもの同士の間に遮光壁が配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記表示部の前記点灯状態として、連続的点灯、所定間隔での断続的点滅、及び、前記所定間隔より短い間隔での断続的点滅、のうち少なくとも1つに対応した状態で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記表示部の前記点灯状態として、前記産業機械の状態に対応した発光色で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記表示部の前記点灯状態として、前記産業機械の状態に対応した輝度で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記産業機械は、外部の供給電力を電動機への駆動制御電力に変換する電力変換装置であり、
前記表示部は、
前記電動機の回転駆動状態、前記電動機の電源投入後の駆動待機状態、及び、前記電動機の異常発生又は異常予知状態、のうち少なくとも1つに対応した点灯状態で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記表示部は、
前記電動機の回転駆動状態として、正転方向への前記回転駆動状態及び逆転方向への前記回転駆動状態を互いに区別した点灯状態で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項11記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記表示部は、
点灯状態となる各表示部が、前記電動機の回転速度に対応した速度で連続的に移動する点灯状態で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項11または12記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記表示部は、
前記電動機の駆動トルクの大小、又は、供給電流値の大小、の少なくとも一方に対応した点灯状態で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項11乃至請求項13のいずれか1項記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記電力変換装置は、
操作端末に対し、相互認識無線通信によって情報送受信可能に構成されており、
前記表示部は、
さらに、前記相互認識無線通信を介した、情報送受信良好又は困難状態、相互認識の完了状態、情報送受信中の状態、及び情報送受信完了の状態、のうち少なくとも1つに対応した点灯状態で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項11乃至請求項14のいずれか1項記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 前記表示部は、
前記操作端末から前記電力変換装置に対し送信されるデータの、当該電力変換装置に対する適合性に応じた点灯状態で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項15記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 当該産業機械の状態表示装置は、前記産業機械から着脱可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか1項記載の産業機械の状態表示装置。 - 外部の供給電力を電動機への駆動制御電力に変換する電力変換部と、
前記電力変換部に係わる状態に応じた表示制御信号を出力する表示制御部と、
前記表示制御信号に基づき、前記電力変換部の状態に対応した点灯状態で表示する表示部と、
を有することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記表示部は、
前記電動機の回転駆動状態、前記電動機の電源投入後の駆動待機状態、及び、前記電動機の異常発生又は異常予知状態、のうち少なくとも1つに対応した点灯状態で表示する
ことを特徴とする請求項18記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記表示部は、
前記電動機の回転駆動状態として、正転方向への前記回転駆動状態及び逆転方向への前記回転駆動状態を互いに区別した点灯状態で表示する
