- elastic regions where the elastic force of the elastic body 33 is exhibited are formed on the outer side in the horizontal direction X and the outer side in the vertical direction Y of the non-elastic region 34. That is, the elastic region is provided so as to surround the non-elastic region 34 in a U shape.
- a plurality of string-like or strand-like elastic bodies can be used.
- elastic bodies having a thickness of about 400 to 1200 dtex are arranged at a pitch of about 4 to 12 mm in the longitudinal direction Y. It can be attached at an expansion ratio of about 1.7 to 3.5 times.
- four elastic bodies of 470 dtex are arranged outside the inelastic region 34 in the longitudinal direction Y, and the expansion ratio is about 2.4 times the length of the contracted (relaxed) state.
- the elastic body of 940 dtex is stretched by about 2.1 times the length of the contracted (relaxed) elastic body, and the elastic body of 940 dtex is contracted (relaxed) length. 3 at a stretching magnification of about 3.0 times, and 2 at a stretching magnification of about 3.0 times the length of the elastic body of 470 dtex in a contracted (relaxed) state.
- the front and rear waist panels 20 and 30 are contracted in the lateral direction X by the elastic bodies 23 and 33. 8 and 9, when the front waist panel 20 contracts, the first region 55 of the crotch panel 40 is formed with a protrusion 59 that protrudes toward the wearer's skin.
- the first region 55 is contracted by the elasticity of the front waist panel 20 in the lateral direction X, so that wrinkles are generated in the first region 55 in the longitudinal direction Y.
- a crease is easily formed along the first joint portion 57 that overlaps the first region 55, and a plurality of convex portions 59 are formed by the crease.
- the crotch panel 40 is not joined to the front waist panel 20 between the first joint portions 57, the crotch panel 40 is easily separated from the front waist panel 20, and is easily lifted toward the wearer to form the convex portion 59.
- the front end flap 45 has a lower rigidity than the region where the absorbent structure 41 overlaps, tends to become wrinkles, and the protrusion 59 is easily formed.
- the absorbent structure 41 has a small core material of about 320 to 700 g / m 2 and a relatively low rigidity, so that it closely follows the convex portion 59 formed on the front end flap 45 in particular. Also in the region overlapping the absorbent structure 41, a large number of convex portions 59 extending in the vertical direction Y are formed.
- the mass of the core material included in the absorbent structure 41 is preferably smaller, approximately 320 to 500 g / m 2 , but 320 g / m 2. If it is smaller than that, urine may not be sufficiently absorbed and may leak.
- the convex part 59 as mentioned above, the area which contacts a wearer's skin can be made small and the skin irritation by the absorption structure contacting directly can be prevented.
- the convex portion 59 formed in the first region 55 extends in the longitudinal direction Y along the first joint portion 57 and forms an air flow path extending from the crotch region 13 to the vicinity of the outer edge 20A of the front waist panel 20. To do. Moreover, since the dimension from the front end edge 40A of the crotch panel 40 to the outer end edge 20A of the front waist panel 20 is very small, the air in the diaper 1 easily flows from the convex portion 59 to the outside. Steaming in the diaper 1 is prevented.
- the absorbent structure 41 can be in close contact with the wearer's skin over a wide area, and excreta such as urine can be quickly absorbed.
- the excretory organ of the wearer is located on the rear waist region 12 side of the crotch region 13, the excrement easily flows to the rear waist region 12 side.
- the absorbent structure 41 in the non-elastic region 34 is in close contact with the wearer, so that it is easy to absorb excrement quickly, and excrement is less likely to leak from the outer edge 30A of the rear waist panel 30.
- excrement tends to leak from the rear waist region 12 but by bringing the absorbent structure 41 of the second region 56 into close contact with the wearer, This can be prevented.
- the absorbent structure 41 is easily separated from the wearer's body due to the movement of the wearer, but the elastic body 33 in the rear waist panel 30 is A part thereof overlaps with both side edges 41C of the absorption structure 41 (see FIG. 3). Therefore, since the contraction force of the elastic body 33 acts on both side edges 41C of the absorbent structure 41 and can be pressed against the wearer's body, it is possible to prevent the entirety from being separated from the wearer's body. it can.
- the rear end flap 46 is provided with an elastic body 33 to form an elastic region, and a second joint 58 is provided.
- a ridge extending in the longitudinal direction Y is formed along the second joint portion 58, and a crease may also occur in the inelastic region 34 in accordance with this, but the first region 55 is absorbed.
- the convex part 59 formed in the structure 41 it is few and small.
- the wrinkles formed in the second region 56 are allowed as long as the adhesion to the wearer's body is not significantly impaired.
- the front waist panel 20 is contracted in almost the entire region in the lateral direction X, and the dimension in the lateral direction X at the position overlapping the absorbent structure 41 of the front waist panel 20 is made smaller than that of the rear waist panel 30. Further, following the contraction of the front waist panel 20 in the lateral direction X, the first region 55 of the crotch panel 40 is also contracted, and the entire front region of the crotch region 13 is contracted in the lateral direction X. Therefore, the movement of the wearer's leg is not hindered by the crotch panel.
- the second region 56 is not greatly shrunk because it is not shrunk at least at a part where the absorbent structure 41 overlaps. If the second region 56 is greatly contracted, the region covering the wearer's buttocks becomes narrow, and the buttocks may be exposed or excrement may leak, but this can be prevented in advance. it can.
- the size in the lateral direction X is relatively small on the front waist panel 20 side and can be relatively large on the rear waist panel 30 side.
- the front and rear waist sheets 22 and 32 constituting the panels 20 and 30 can have the same dimensions, and the dimensions of the crotch panel 40 in the lateral direction X can be made equal before and after. That is, the front and rear waist panels 20 and 30 and the crotch panel 40 can be configured by straight lines substantially parallel to the virtual vertical center line 2-2.
- the dimension in the horizontal direction X is larger in the both side parts 57A and 58A compared with the intermediate parts 57B and 58B.
- the crotch panel 40 can be more firmly joined to the front and rear waist panels 20 and 30 on both sides, and peeling from both sides can be prevented.
- the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and both side portions and the intermediate portion may have the same dimensions, or the intermediate portion may be made larger.
- the front and rear waist panels 20 and 30 each have an elastic region between the first and second joint portions 57 and 58 and the outer end edges 20A and 30A in the longitudinal direction Y. Since a waist opening is formed at the outer end edges 20A and 30A, the diaper 1 can be in close contact with the wearer at least at the waist opening and prevent leakage of excrement from the diaper.
- the disposable wearing article 1 has a longitudinal direction Y and a lateral direction X, and forms the skin facing surface and the non-skin facing surface which is the opposite side, and the front and rear waist regions 11 and 12 and the lateral direction X.
- front and rear waist panels 20 and 30 that can be elastically contracted, and a crotch panel 40 that extends between the longitudinal directions Y of the front and rear waist panels 20 and 30 and forms a crotch region 13.
- the present invention is characterized in that the disposable wearing article 1 includes the following points.
- the crotch panel 40 includes an absorbent structure 41, front and rear end flaps 45 and 46 positioned outside the longitudinal direction Y of the absorbent structure 41, a part of the absorbent structure 41, and the front end flap 45.
- a first region 55 that overlaps the skin facing surface of the front waist panel 20, and a second region 56 that has a part of the absorbent structure 41 and the rear end flap 46 and overlaps the skin facing surface of the rear waist panel 30.
- the first and second regions 55 and 56 are joined to the front and rear waist panels 20 and 30 by first and second joints 57 and 58, respectively, and the first joint 57 is separated in the lateral direction X. It has a plurality of parts.
