Abstract

 高圧の流体を内蔵した高圧タンクの破壊の兆候を早期かつ非破壊で検出できる高圧タンクの損傷検知方法、そのための装置である。  アコースティックエミッションセンサー(AEセンサー)(1)を使用して、高圧タンク(2)が流体の充填によって生じる破壊の兆候を非破壊で検知する。AEセンサー(1)で検知した1つのAE信号を1ヒットと数え、ヒットの時間変化を示すヒットレートを求めて、ヒットレートの変化から破壊の兆候を検知する。高圧タンク(2)の微小き裂が進展し、また複数の微小き裂は合体して一つの巨視的なき裂に成長すると、高圧タンク(2)の内圧の増加に対してAE信号のヒットレートが増加しなくなり飽和状態になる。この飽和状態のヒットレートをもって、破壊の兆候と判断する。
