- the patch preparation of the present invention contains a branched monohydric alcohol having 12 to 28 carbon atoms as a solubilizing agent in the adhesive layer, so that the compatibility between the polyisobutylene adhesive and the free base of pisoprolol is specific. Can be increased. As a result, it is possible to increase the blending amount of pisoprolol, to suppress bleeding of pisoprolol from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and to obtain practically sufficient adhesive properties.
