Claims (19)
1. Способ гидратации ассоциативных полимеров (P), заключающийся в приготовлении водной композиции, содержащей указанные полимеры (P) в виде раствора или геля, содержащий стадию (Е) добавления воды к твердой композиции (C), содержащей указанные ассоциативные полимеры (P) и поверхностно-активные вещества (S), подходящие для улучшения гидратации этих полимеров,
в котором указанную твердую композицию (С) получают путем высушивания водной композиции, содержащей смесь ассоциативных полимеров (P) в гидратированном состоянии и поверхностно-активных веществ (S), гидратацию осуществляют в течение меньшего времени, чем то, которое требуется когда не проводят предварительное смешивание.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором полимеры (P) содержат гидрофильную основную цепь и гидрофобные группы, связанные с этой основной цепью, гидрофобные группы предпочтительно концентрируют в микроблоках.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором полимеры (P) имеют средневесовую молекулярную массу Mw по меньшей мере 500000 г/моль.
4. Способ по пп. 1-3, в котором поверхностно-активные вещества (S) представляют собой способные к деактивации поверхностно-активные вещества, которые утрачивают свою природу поверхностно-активных веществ при определенных физических и/или химических условиях, и в котором способ содержит после стадии гидратации полимера (Е) стадию (Е2) деактивации всех или части поверхностно-активных веществ (S), где поверхностно-активные вещества находятся при указанных физических и/или химических условиях, в которых они утрачивают свою природу поверхностно-активных веществ.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором поверхностно-активные вещества (S) содержат лабильные поверхностно-активные вещества, которые разлагаются в условиях, - в основном при температуре, давлении и/или рН-, в которых полимеры не разлагаются, и на стадии (Е2) поверхностно-активные вещества подвергают этим условиям.
6. Способ по п. 4 или 5, в котором поверхностно-активные вещества содержат поверхностно-активные вещества, которые имеют температуру помутнения, и в котором на стадии (Е2) поверхностно-активные вещества подвергают воздействию температуры выше их температуры помутнения.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором гидратацию осуществляют в течение менее пяти часов или даже менее трех часов, в большинстве случаев менее одного часа.
8. Способ по пп. 1-7, в котором твердую композицию (С), используемую на стадии (Е) способа по данному изобретению, получают в соответствии со следующими перед стадией (Е) стадиями:
(Е0) готовят водную композицию, содержащую в тщательно смешанной смеси полимеры (P) в гидратированном состоянии и поверхностно-активные вещества (S); затем
(E1) удаляют воду и при необходимости другие растворители, содержащиеся в водной композиции, полученной на стадии (Е0).
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором стадию (Е0) осуществляют путем растворения полимера (P) в водной среде, содержащей поверхностно-активные вещества.
10. Способ по п. 8, в котором стадию (Е0) осуществляют путем непосредственного введения поверхностно-активных веществ (S) в гель полимера без выполнения какого-либо растворения полимера в воде.
11. Твердая композиция, которая используется в качестве композиции (C) в способе по п. 1, которая может быть получена путем высушивания водной композиции, содержащей смесь ассоциативных полимеров (P) в гидратированном состоянии и поверхностно-активных веществ (S), подходящих для улучшения гидратации этих полимеров, где полимеры имеют массу более 500000 г/моль.
12. Применение композиции по п. 11 в соответствии со способом по п. 11 для получения водных растворов или гелей, предназначенных для добычи нефти, например:
для подготовки флюидов разрыва пласта и/или флюида для воздействия на пласт,
для получения флюидов для закачивания скважин,
для получения буровых флюидов,
для осуществления повышения нефтеотдачи.
