Abstract

1. Способ по меньшей мере частичного восстановления или по меньшей мере частичной замены элемента усиления (10) конструкции из волокнистого композита (8), имеющий следующие этапы:размещение по меньшей мере одного волокнистого слоя (11) на части поверхности элемента усиления (10) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части элемента усиления (10), изготовленной из такого же материала и с такой же структурой слоев, на части поверхности усиления конструкции из волокнистого композита (8);размещение по меньшей мере одного мата давления (4), адаптированного к контуру элемента усиления (10) над по меньшей мере одним волокнистым слоем (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части элемента усиления (10), причем по меньшей мере один мат давления (4) опирается на фиксирующую раму (3) и зафиксирован в желательном положении фиксирующей рамой (3), адаптированной к контуру элемента усиления (10);поддержка конструкции из волокнистого композита (8) в области, противоположной фиксирующей раме (3), посредством контропоры (5);приложение среды давления к по меньшей мере одному мату давления (4) для прижатия его к элементу усиления (10) и фиксирующей раме (3) иотверждение по меньшей мере одного волокнистого слоя (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части элемента усиления (10).2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один волокнистый слой (11) и/или по меньшей мере одну заменяющую часть элемента усиления (10) предварительно формуют перед тем, как ее размещают и прикрепляют клеем в неотвержденном, частично отвержденном или полностью отвержденном состоянии.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после этапа размещения по меньшей мере одного воло�

Claims (13)

1. Способ по меньшей мере частичного восстановления или по меньшей мере частичной замены элемента усиления (10) конструкции из волокнистого композита (8), имеющий следующие этапы:
размещение по меньшей мере одного волокнистого слоя (11) на части поверхности элемента усиления (10) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части элемента усиления (10), изготовленной из такого же материала и с такой же структурой слоев, на части поверхности усиления конструкции из волокнистого композита (8);
размещение по меньшей мере одного мата давления (4), адаптированного к контуру элемента усиления (10) над по меньшей мере одним волокнистым слоем (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части элемента усиления (10), причем по меньшей мере один мат давления (4) опирается на фиксирующую раму (3) и зафиксирован в желательном положении фиксирующей рамой (3), адаптированной к контуру элемента усиления (10);
поддержка конструкции из волокнистого композита (8) в области, противоположной фиксирующей раме (3), посредством контропоры (5);
приложение среды давления к по меньшей мере одному мату давления (4) для прижатия его к элементу усиления (10) и фиксирующей раме (3) и
отверждение по меньшей мере одного волокнистого слоя (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части элемента усиления (10).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один волокнистый слой (11) и/или по меньшей мере одну заменяющую часть элемента усиления (10) предварительно формуют перед тем, как ее размещают и прикрепляют клеем в неотвержденном, частично отвержденном или полностью отвержденном состоянии.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после этапа размещения по меньшей мере одного волокнистого слоя (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части элемента усиления (10), кроме того предусмотрены этапы:
покрытия по меньшей мере одного волокнистого слоя (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части элемента усиления (10) вакуумной пленкой (12а) и
герметизации области отрицательного давления, ограниченной вакуумной пленкой (12а), и конструкции из волокнистого композита (8), причем область отрицательного давления откачивают на этапе приложения среды давления к по меньшей мере одному мату давления (4).
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на этапе отверждения по меньшей мере одного волокнистого слоя (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части осуществляют нагрев в соответствии с температурой отверждения системы смоляной матрицы волокнистого слоя (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что нагрев осуществляют посредством по меньшей мере одного нагревательного элемента (6), который интегрирован в мат давления (4), прикреплен к последнему и/или расположен между матом давления (4) и по меньшей мере одним волокнистым слоем (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей частью как отдельный компонент.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что нагрев, кроме того, осуществляют по меньшей мере одним нагревательным элементом (7, 7a) контропоры, расположенным в и/или на контропоре (5).
7. Соединительное устройство (1) для соединения по меньшей мере одного волокнистого слоя (11), размещенного на по меньшей мере одной части поверхности элемента усиления, с элементом усиления (10) и/или для соединения по меньшей мере одной заменяющей части, изготовленной из такого же материала и с такой же структурой слоев элемента усиления (10), на части поверхности усиления конструкции из волокнистого композита (8) с упомянутой конструкцией из волокнистого композита, включающее:
по меньшей мере один мат давления (4), который адаптирован к контуру элемента усиления (10), и который имеет по меньшей мере одну камеру давления (18) для среды давления, к которой может быть приложено давление, и размещен над по меньшей мере одним волокнистым слоем (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей частью элемента усиления (10);
фиксирующую раму (3), адаптированную к контуру элемента усиления (10), для поддержки и фиксации мата давления (4); и
контропору (5) для установки конструкции из волокнистого композита (8), причем по меньшей мере одна фиксирующая рама (3) имеет первое фиксирующее устройство (22, 23, 24) для фиксации горизонтальных областей мата давления (4) и второе фиксирующее устройство (26) для фиксации элемента усиления (10), и причем второе фиксирующее устройство (26) снабжено по меньшей мере одним боковым фиксирующим элементом (27) для боковой фиксации элемента усиления (10).
8. Соединительное устройство (1) по п.7, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один мат давления (4) имеет по меньшей мере один элемент усиления (17) в жестких на изгиб областях.
9. Соединительное устройство (1) по п.7, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один мат давления (4) имеет шарнирную часть (20).
10. Соединительное устройство (1) по п.7, отличающееся тем, что предусмотрен по меньшей мере один нагревательный элемент (6), интегрированный в мат давления (4) и/или прикрепленный к нему так, чтобы быть адаптированным к контуру элемента усиления (10).
11. Соединительное устройство (1) по п.7, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один нагревательный элемент (6) расположен между матом давления (4) и по меньшей мере одним волокнистым слоем (11) и/или по меньшей мере одной заменяющей частью как отдельный компонент так, чтобы быть адаптированным к контуру элемента усиления (10).
12. Соединительное устройство (1) по п.10, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один нагревательный элемент (7) контропоры расположен в и/или на контропоре (5).
13. Соединительное устройство (1) по п.7, отличающееся тем, что поверхности давления, передающие теплоту, которые находятся в контакте с по меньшей мере одним волокнистым слоем, расположенным на элементе усиления (10), и/или по меньшей мере одной новой заменяющей частью элемента усиления (10) и/или конструкции из волокнистого композита (8), снабжены металлической фольгой (33) для равномерного распределения теплоты.
