Abstract

미세한 투사재를 사용한 숏피닝으로 한층 피로특성의 향상을 도모하는 것이다.
20~100㎛의 다수의 경질금속입자를, 강철제공작물의 표면으로 80m/sec 이상의 충돌속도를 투사한다. 그 때, 충돌에 의한 공작물 표면의 승온한계를 150℃보다도 고온으로서, 강철의 회복재결정과 오스테나이트화를 야기시키는 온도보다는 저온으로 되도록 충돌속도를 제어한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 20~100㎛의 다수의 경질금속입자를, 감제공작물의 표면으로 80m/sec 이상의 충돌속도로서, 또한, 충돌에 의한 공작물 표면의 승온한께 150℃보다도 고온으로서 강철의 회복재결정을 야기시키는 온도보다는 저온으로 제어하면서 충돌시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철제 공작물의 표면처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 승온한계의 고온측을 전위고착의 상한온도로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 강철제공작물의 표면처리방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 공기 그외의 가스를 단체로하여 전기한 금속입체를 투사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철제공작물의 표면처리방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 강철제공작물의 표면에 100㎛~1.0㎜의 쇼트입자를 투사하여 공작물의 표면으로부터 0.005㎜~0.5㎜의 깊이표면영역으로 압축잔류응력을 부여한 후, 표면처리를 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 강철제공작물의 표면처리방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브스프링이나 클러치스프링 등의 코일스프링에, 300㎛를 초과하는 칫수의 쇼트입자를 100m/sec 이상에서 투사하고, 다음에 100㎛를 초과하고 30㎛ 이하의 쇼트입자를 투사하여 공작물의 표면조도와 압축잔류응력을 개선한 후, 표면처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철제공작물의 표면처리방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 20㎛~60㎛의 금속입자를 박판스프링의 표면으로 투사하느 것을 특징으로 하는 강철제공작물의 표면처리방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강철제공작물의 표면에 바깥응력을 작용시킨 상태에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철제공작물의 표면처리방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리를 실시한 강철제공작물을, 냉간 또는 온간 세팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철제공작물의 표면처리방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리를 실시한 강철제공작물을, 저온에서 템퍼하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철제공작물의 표면처리방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리를 실시한 스프링을 특징으로 하는 강철제공작물의 표면처리방법.
