Abstract

휠 현가장치에 고정되는데 적합하고, 부동 캘리퍼 브레이크(floating-caliper brake)와 휠 축 베어링(21)을 탑재하는 탑재부(1)와 브레이크 디스크(8)을 부착하기 위한 플랜지(25)와 구동용 정속도 죠인트를 구비한 회전가능하게 장착된 휠 축(23)을 포함하는 자동차의 구동 휠용 조향 너클 조립체에 있어서, 개별 부품의 수, 중량, 그리고 조립의 복잡도는 감소될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따라, 휠 축(23)과 함께 휠 축 베어령(21) 및 디스크 브레이크를 갖춘 탑재부(1)와 플랜지(25), 브레이크 디스크(8), 그리고 정속도 죠인트의 셀형 부품(shell-shapedpart)(24)은 결합되어 자동차의 최종 조립용의 예비 조립 유니트로서 휠 현가장치에 고정될 수 있는 모듈을 형성한다. 한편으로 탑부재(1)는 디스크 브레이크용 지지 아암(4,5), 휠 현가 장치용 고정부(15,16), 그리고 조향용 레버(19)와 일체로 형성되는 것이 바람직하고, 다른 한편으로 정속도 죠인트의 셀형 부품(24) 및 브레이크 디스크(8)을 부착하기 위한 플랜지(25)는 휠 축(23)과 일체로 형성된다.

자동차용 조향 너클 조립체(STEERING KNUCKLE ARRANGEMENT FOR MOTOR VEHICLES)

제3도는 제1도의 선 B-B를 따라 취해진, 회전부와 휠 림을 포함하는 손쉽게 조립되는 조향 너클 조립체의 주 횡단면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 구동용 정속도 죠인트와 브레이크 디스크(8)을 부착하기 위한 플랜지(25)를 구비하는 회전 가능하게 장착된 휠 축(23)과 합께 휠 축 베어렁(21) 및 부동 캘리퍼 디스크 브레이크(floating-caliper disc brake)를 탑재하는, 휠 현가장치에 부착되는 탑재부(1)를 포함하는, 자동차의 구동 휠용 조향 너클 조립체(steering knuckleassembly)에 있어서, 상기 휠 축(23)과 함께 휠 축 베어링(21) 및 디스크 브레이크를 갖춘 탑재부(1)와 플랜지(25), 브레이크 디스크(8), 그리고 상기 정속도 죠인트의 셀형 부품(shee1-shaped part)(24)은 결합되어 예비 조립 유니트로서 자동차의 최종 조립용의 휠 현가장치에 부착될 수 있는 모듈을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탑재부(1)는 일체로 형성된 2개의 지지 아암(4,5)을 구비하고, 그 아암의 안내부(6,7)와 함께 브레이크 디스크(8)의 외연부를 상기 지지 아암이 걸치고, 축방향으로 변위 가능하도록, 그 아암상에서 디스크 브레이크의 브레이크 패드(9,10)가 지지, 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부동 캘리퍼(11)는 바람직하게는 2개의 핀 가이드(12)에 의해서 축방향으로 변위가능하도록 지지 아암(4,5) 상에서 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  4. 선행 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 휠 축 베어링(21)의 반경방향 내부령(22)은 탑재부(1)의 중심구멍(3)에 압입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  5. 선행 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 휠 축 베어링(21)의 반경방향 내부령(22)은 상기 휠 축(23)과 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 정속도 죠인트의 셀형 부품(24)은 상기 휠 축(23)과 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 브레이크디스크에 부착하기 위한 상기 플랜지(25)는 상기 휠 축(23)과 일체로 형성되고, 바람직하게는 상기 플랜지(25)는 나사구명(27)을 포함하고, 상기 브레이크 디스크(8)는 휠러그 볼트(lug bolts)에 의해 고정되는 것이 바람직한 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 즈립체.
  8. 선행 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탑재부(1)는 상기 휠 현가장치에 부착하기 위한 아일릿(eyelet)(17,18)을 갖춘 적어도 하나의 고정부(15,16)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 고정부(15,16)는 상기 탑재부(1) 상에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  10. 선행 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탑재부(1)는 챠랑 휠을 조향하기 의한 레버(19)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 레버(19)는 상기 탑재부(1)와 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탑재부(1)는 상기 디스크 브레이크용 지지 아암(4,5), 상기 휠 현가 장치용 고정부(15,16), 그리고 조향용 레버(19)가 일체로 형성되는 캐스팅으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 조향 너클 조립체.
